Chapter 14

Bella's P.O.V
It had been a couple of days, and I had been worried that I would see Edward today at school. I got out of my truck and headed into the school. When I got inside the school, I saw the Cullen family in the hallway, but not Edward. I headed to my classes and sat down at my desk in English class. I was in my last classes in until I graduate in two months. I sat down and saw Alice walk in sitting at a table next to me, and Edward suddenly walked in and sat in a desk right next to me.
"Hey." Edward said.
I did not want to speak to him he broke my heart.
"Hey." I said in an angry tone.
"How are you? I miss you." Edward said.
"I'm actually doing well."
"What have you been doing?"
"Why are you asking me these questions?"
"Remember, I can't read your mind, so I have to talk to you."
"Oh yeah, I forgot about that."
"Bella."
"What!"
"Wow, feisty much."
"I don't want to talk to you."
"Why?"
"You know. You left me heartbroken, and I can't forgive you, and also if you try to win me back it won't work, because I don't love you anymore like I used to!"
It was silent, and he did not even speak to me. The class was now over, and I rushed to lunch to sit with my friends. I set down my stuff and go to got my lunch. I walked over to the buffet and kind of drop my water on the floor when suddenly Edward caught it and gave it back to me.
"I remember when you dropped your apple." Edward said.
"Yeah, why are you talking to me? I told you I don't want you talking to me." I said.
"I know, but I need to talk to you."
"Why?"
"I want you back. I love you so much, and I'm so sorry for leaving you,"
"I forgive you kind of, but I'm kind of already in love with someone else."
"Who?"
"None of your business."
"Yes, it is."
"No, it is it. I got to go."
I walked to my seat and sat down.
"Hey, I saw that you were talking to Edward. Where have they been?" Jessica asked.
"They have been out of town." I replied.
"Oh."
"And he wants me back."
"Oh wait you're with Jacob now."
"Yeah, I know."
"Are you going to tell him?"
"No."
"Why?"
"Because Edward hates Jacob and if I tell him who knows what will happen."
"Let me think a fight."
"Maybe."
After lunch, before I went to my classes, I called Jacob real quick.
"Jacob." I said.
"Hey Bella, what's up?" Jacob asked.
"Can you meet me up at the parking lot after school?"
"Why?"
"I'll tell you later."
"OK bye."
"Bye."
I went to my second and third period with no Edward in it and then again, I walked in my biology class with Edward in it. I sat down at my table and yet he had to sit next to me.
"What do you want from me?" I asked.
"I want to know who you are dating." Edward replied.
"You really want to know?"
"Yes."
Suddenly the teacher walked in, and we started class.
"I'll try telling you later." I whispered.
"OK." Edward said.
After class ended, I headed outside to Jacob to tell him something, and suddenly when I walked out on the hallway to get outside, Edward was behind me, stopped me, and grabbed my arm.
"Bella you were supposed to tell me who you are dating after school." Edward said.
"Oh yeah, I forgot." I said.
"So who is the guy?"
"Do you seriously want to know who he is?"
"Yes, I want to know if he is a good guy for you."
"Why?"
"I just don't want you to get heartbroken like I did to you."
"I know, but he won't hurt me."
He followed me down the stairs to the parking lot to where Jacob was standing next to my truck with his motorcycle.
"So who is the guy?" Edward asked.
I did not answer him I was too scared to answer him.
"Bella, tell me!" Edward yelled.
I turned around and looked at him.
"Fine, it's Jacob." I said.
"You mean Jacob Black that werewolf?" Edward asked.
"Yes, that's the one."
"You can't date him he's a dog!"
"Don't call him that and I can date him if I want!" I yelled turning around running down the stairs to Jacob.
Edward grabbed my arm and stopped me from going down the stairs.
"Let me go!" I screamed as I tugged on my arm to get away from him.
Jacob heard me, ran over, and pulled me away from him.
"Don't touch her!" Jacob yelled at Edward.
"I can touch her if I want!" Edward yelled.
"No, you can't Edward I don't want you touching me."
I stood by Jacob.
"Just stay away from her and don't touch her again!" Jacob yelled.
Jacob got hot than he really was. I had to calm him down, or he may shift into a werewolf.
"Jake calm down." I said.
"Oh wow, it must stink to be a wolf." Edward said sarcastically.
Jacob ran up to him and tried to attack him, but I got between them and pushed Edward away.
"Jake stop." I said.
Jacob pulled back and calmed down. I walked over to Edward, and suddenly Jacob grabbed my arm. I groaned and turned around at him.
"What are you doing?" Jacob asked.
"I have to talk to him." I replied.
He let go of me, and I walked over to Edward.
"Edward I love Jacob, and he's my life now. I don't love you that way anymore." I said.
"But." Edward said.
"We can just be friends, and we can still hang out, but it won't happen between us."
"OK."
He walked past me and goes to his car.
"Wait!" I yelled, but he was gone already.
I walked back to Jacob and hugged him. Everybody who saw the scene was looking at us. Angela walked over to Jacob and me and gave me a hug and my other friends Mike, Eric, and Jessica walked over to me and hugged me. I pulled away from the hugs my friends gave me and I went back to Jacob.
"So are you okay? We saw the fight that just happened." Angela said concerned.
"Yeah." I said.
"Well, I should get going Bella see you later." Jacob said.
"OK bye." I said.
I turned back around and looked at Angela.
"So that's the guy you're talking about." Eric said.
"Yeah, you didn't know." I said.
"No."
"Oh."
"Why doesn't he go to our school?"
"He goes to a different school."
"Oh, that must stink for you." Angela said.
"Yeah especially when Edward is here he won't be here." I said.
"I bet well I better get going."
"Yeah me too." Jessica said.
"Yeah, me too I got something." Mike said.
"Bye." I said.
"So I hope you and Edward get things straight for you guys." Eric said hugging me.
"Thanks." I said.
"I better go too. Bye Bella."
"Bye."
He walked away, and I headed to my truck and headed home.
