Chapter 24

Bella's P.O.V
When I got upstairs, I called Madison before I got ready for bed. I dialed her number, and the phone was ringing. She answered the phone and said something.
"Hello." Madison said.
"Hey, this is Bella." I said.
"Hey, Bella."
"So I asked my dad if you can stay for the week and he said you could."
"That's great. When do I come over?"
"You can come tonight or when I get back from school."
"I'll come now, what is your address?"
"It's in Seattle. Here I'll tell you the address."
I gave her my address, and she wrote it down.
"Thanks." Madison said.
"You're welcome, see you when you get here." I said.
"OK."
I hung up the phone, and I got ready for bed before she gets here. Ten minutes later, the doorbell rang, and I rushed out of my room and down the stairs to the front door to get the door. I answered the door, and there it was Madison at my door.
"Hey Madison come in." I said.
"Hey." Madison said walking through my door.
"Let's go upstairs."
"OK."
We walked up the stairs and into my room. I pulled out the comforter under my bed, and I put the sheets on the bed and grabbed a pillow and a blanket off my bed.
"You're sleeping here." I said.
"OK, thanks." Madison said.
I walked over to my dresser and got out a pair of pajamas walked back over to her.
"You can wear this." I said handing her my pajamas.
"Thanks." Madison said taking the pajamas.
"You're welcome."
"Where is the bathroom?"
"It's down the hall from my room."
"OK, thanks."
"Anytime."
She walked out of the room, and I walked over to my bed and got under the sheets. After I did that, suddenly my phone rang, and I picked it up the phone to answer it.
"Hello." I said.
"Hey, it's Renee." Mom said.
"Hey, Mom."
"How are you doing? I miss you."
"I'm good, and I miss you too."
"When are you going to go visit me?"
"I don't know. Graduation is coming up, and I am thinking of going to college. Did I tell you?"
"I don't think so."
"Anyway, I thinking of going to Florida State University."
"That's great, you will come to visit me, right?"
"Sure but mom I haven't got accepted yet."
"Oh, just pray that you get it."
Suddenly Madison came in the room.
"I got to go mom." I said.
"OK love you." Mom said.
"Love you, too, bye."
"Bye."
I hung up the phone and set my phone on my bed.
"So," Madison said sitting down in her bed looking at me.
"What?" I asked curious look on my face.
"Nothing."
"OK, I'm going to bed."
"OK."
We both went to our beds and went to sleep. Six hours later, I heard a bang on my window. I was sure that it was Jacob out there. I barely got up and sit on the bed and then again another bang. Madison woke up and looked at me.
"What's all the racket?" Madison yelled.
"Someone's banging on my window." I replied.
"This late."
"Yep."
"Are you going to check who it is or are you going to let that person do that all night?"
"I'll go check."
I got up and walked over to my window. I looked outside my window and saw Jacob again with only pants on and shoes.
"It's my boyfriend." I said opening my window and looking at Madison.
"Why is he here so late?" Madison asked walking over to where I was.
"He does it a lot."
"Oh."
I turned and look at Jacob.
"Bella, can I talk to you?" Jacob asked.
"This late I'm tired." I said.
"It's important."
"OK, you got five minutes."
I backed away from my window to let Jacob in.
"What is he doing?" Madison asked.
"Just watch. He will climb through my window." I replied.
Jacob swung onto my tree and jumped into my window. He also walked over to me and hugged me so tight that I could not breathe.
"Jake I can't breathe." I said.
"Oh sorry, Bella I forgot you're so fragile." Jacob said.
"Ah, huh."
Jacob looked at Madison, and he seemed surprised to see her here.
"So Madison is here," Jacob said.
She rose at him with a grin on her face.
"Yeah, my dad said she could stay for a week." I replied while touching his chest.
"Oh yeah, I forgot." Jacob said.
"So what's with you in no clothes it's like fifty degrees outside." Madison said.
I looked up at him wondering what he would say.
"Hum, I've been running. I'm really burning up right now." Jacob said.
"Oh." Madison said walking over to her bed.
"Nice save." I whispered in Jacob's ear.
"I know." Jacob whispered.
"Jake will you dress a little appropriate around here, so she doesn't ask more questions."
"Yeah, I figured that."
"So what do you need to talk to me about?"
"It's about the imprint thing."
"Shush she's in the room."
"Sorry."
"It's alright."
Jacob looked at her and then at me.
"How about I tell you later." Jacob said.
"OK." I said.
"See you later."
He kissed my cheek and walked over to my window.
"Bye." I said.
"Bye." Jacob said jumping out the window.
I rushed over to the window and watched him run into the forest. After he left, I shut my window and walked over to my bed and went back to sleep.
