Hello guys!How are y'all doing?
Happy Navratri to everyone :)
A few weeks have been depressing for me. Nothing feels right. People have disappointed me while situations aren't working in my favor for a long time. It's stressful and quite torturous when I'm unable to sleep at night.
To be honest, I want to give up and hide somewhere but that's not a solution, right? Problems are still going to be there, if not today then tomorrow so it's better I face them with a smile and find a solution.
And I also need motivation guys so please help me!
Enjoy the chapter :)

THEA'S POV:
My intuition says there's a missing memory just like air. It's there, but I couldn't see it. Just like a gust of wind, it came for a second, and then, boom. It's disappeared.
People say that we should trust our intuition and my gut feeling says that something inside my mind has been misplaced and I couldn't find the pieces.
"Have you been eating on time?" Asher asked.
"Yes," my voice was hoarse. I was sitting in a hotel room. In Emric's hotel room.
"When was the last time you went for a routine check-up?" he asked as he stretched my eyelids, forcing his phone's torchlight into them.
"I don't remember—" I paused to recall. "When I was pregnant," I said.
"Jesus! Open your mouth," he ordered. I did. He continued checking while I sat still. "Do you have a migraine? Signs of headache?"
"No. Headaches only when I'm not sleeping enough but it's not that usual." I sneezed. My hair was still wet, wrapped in a towel.
"Okay. Can you tell me what exactly happened when you blacked out?" he asked. My breath got caught up in my throat as I moved my eyes further into the room. They met with hazel eyes softly gazing at me from a corner.
"I was in the shower when I saw black dots blurring my vision, a sharp pain strike in my head and then I fainted," I explained, leaving out the steamy details.
"All right! Do you feel okay now?" he asked, typing something on his phone. I nodded, giving him an assuring smile. "I'll recommend you meet your doctor and go for a CT scan. Don't take this lightly, it can an underlying disease," he ordered.
I simply nodded since in my mind I was already calculating if my medical insurance would cover medicines and CT scan costs.
"I'll be back with your medicines, till then take rest." I smiled.
"Thank you, Cazzo."
Once he left the room, two pairs of eyes pierced my soul silently.
"Carol, help me to the bathroom. I need to change my clothes." I was still in my damped dress.
She softly padded towards me and instead of helping me, she gave me a tight hug, suppressing air out of my lungs.
"You scared me to death, Thea," she muttered before she kissed my hair.
"I'm sorry. Did you cry like you did when I pushed Rose out of me?" I chuckled. Her scowl deepened.
"No, nothing can match that horrific night." she groaned, giving me one more kiss before she helped me to the washroom.
"Thank you and stay out. I won't give you a chance to look at my naked body." I smirked and she made puppy eyes.
"Girl, I saw your ten centimetres stretched vagina. What else is there to hide." She scoffed.
