"Avyuktha, I want to marry you. Open the door. Let's elope."

"That's Shreyan!" I tell Deva, sitting up.

Ishu jumps from the chair with wriggled eyebrows, "Why the fuck he is here?"

"I will see it," Deva walks to the door and unlocks it. I tilt my head to look outside and find Shreyan stumbling on his feet.

"Avyuktha," he giggles and pushes Deva to walk inside.

"Avyuktha!" Shreyan hugs me, "Why are you avoiding me?" he nuzzles his face in my neck, "I missed you a lot."

"Shreyan, leave me," I push him placing my hands on his chest.

He shakes his head, "If I tell you to never come in front of me, you won't? That's not right, Yuktha. You should have slapped me and told me that you will never leave me," he hugs me more tightly.

I look at my friends who are glaring at Shreyan's friends.

"Sam! Chey!" I call for them, "He weighs tons."

They look at me and freeze, "Damn! What the hell happened to you?"

Shreyan pulls back and tilts his head to look at me, his lips are pout and his eyes are richening innocence, "Who did this to you?"

"I fell in the bathroom," I say looking at Sam and Chey, "Pull him back."

They nod and come forward but Shreyan pushes his palm forward asking them to step back. He wipes his eyes and rubs his face, sitting straight.

"What happened?" he tries to maintain his voice steady, "You are lying."

"Why the hell did you come inside?" I hiss at him, "Deva, check if everyone is sleeping or not. He will leave."

"Who did this to you?" he asks again.

"I said I slipped in the bathroom," I tell him.

"Who did this to you?" his voice is dangerous now.

"My leg slipped in the bathroom."

He grabs my jaw and makes me look into his eyes, "I can see the fingerprints on your cheek, Avyuktha," he points to the floor at the cot's leg, "There is blood on it."

"I'm not in my senses but I can still handle things very well and my observations never betray me," he says, caressing my cheeks, "Who did this to you, Yuktha?"

"Yuktha," Annu yells, "Wait! Don't run. You will be hurt."

"Yuktha, my friends are mad at you because they feel that you are snatching me."
