I told Ava and the others I was going with Nicholas and would see them at home, who told me to be careful and I reassured her I was perfectly safe with Nicholas by my side, and that I trusted him.

She smiled and let me go, giving Nicholas a warning glare but I saw it and giggled when he pulled me away from another guy who was asking for my number before glaring at him and causing the poor dude to back away slowly before running off.

"We're taking my car." I told him as I spun my keys around my finger and went towards my car, the latest Mercedes model. He glanced at the car then at me, his hands in his pocket as he raised his eyebrows.

"This is yours?" He asked me and I gave him a wide smile.

"Yup." I said, popping the 'p'.

"You didn't have it before." He said.

"I left it back home because I thought I wouldn't need it here. I love walking too and Cole already had a car. The distance wasn't that much either." I told him, opening the car but he snatched the keys from my hand.

"I'm driving." He said and made me sit in the passenger seat despite my protests.

"Where are you taking me?" I asked him and he placed his hand on my bare thigh, drawing light patterns on my skin and I felt a tingling sensation there.

"Can't say." He said.

He stopped at an upscale fancy restaurant and someone opened our doors and a man held out his hand for me to take.

But before I could do anything, Nicholas' hand took mine, glaring at the or guy who was onyl trying to help out. He led me inside the fancy hotel where people sat in luxurious clothes, making me feel out of place and insecure about myself.

Heads turned to look at us, or rather Nicholas, photos were taken and some even whispered with shock written all over their faces.

A man took our coats and the manager greeted Nicholas before leading us to a secluded table near the window where a beautiful view of the city was visible.

I sat in my chair as a server placed our menus and I scanned it quickly.

"What would you like?" Nicholas asked me as the waiter poured our wine.

Nicholas tasted it and nodded to him and he poured some for me too. I gave him a small smile and thanked him before he left.

"I'm not sure, can you order for me? I don't know what's good here." I asked and Nicholas nodded, gesturing a waiter with his hand and ordering for us. We stayed silent before I finally decided to speak.

"Why did you bring me here?" My question took him by surprise but he grinned at me.

"Because I wanted to." He answered and I shook my head.

"Why me?" I raised my eyebrow at him and he took my hand in his, tracing my knuckles lightly.

"I don't want any one else." He took a deep breath before adding. "I want you."

My breath hitched at his statement and I blushed before averting my gaze. We stayed silent for a fe moments before he cleared his throat.

"Favorite color?" He asked me and I looked at him.

"Blue." I answered him and he smiled. "You?"

"Black." He spoke.

That was expected.
