Stuck In-between

To say he was in a predicament ment he was in a predicament. This all could have been avoided if he didn’t jump down and land in the tiny hole he was held up in. He had to curl up like Jellie when she slept. It was tight and it felt like he was just breathing in smoke without a smell.
He tried not to squirm too much or yell, maybe he should yell but he wasn’t sure if anyone could hear him. He missed his friends' voices and wanted to hug Grian. Grian. Was Grian even worried about him? He did say he would be gone for a bit, but he forgot food. His communicator had fallen off his waist and on the ledge, which was too far up for Scar to reach. He felt trapped. It seemed like he dropped everything as well, not even having his pickaxe to get out. Even if he did try to punch the stone out to make more room, his hands would be bloody and in pain. Maybe he would be found, it was still the start of the season, he’d already died a bunch, why did this time scare him so badly? It wasn’t that bad. He was just.. Just trapped between the cold stone with barely any oxygen, not knowing if anyone was ever gonna find him.

It was cold, he couldn’t feel his legs anymore. Not to mention all the red marks he had on his back. He had to take his shirt off so he would overheat, now he just couldn’t reach it on the floor. He almost felt as if hisveyes would burst out of his head from this bulging headache.
The hole started to feel smaller and smaller every passing second he stood there, freezing. He was definitely gonna be sick.
No one was there to feed Jellie, I guess that's why he started trying to get out, his bare back scratching against the hard surface of the stone all around him. Would he even be found? He should have had his communicator on his wrist so he could wear it and feel the vibrations whenever he got a message.

Were they happier like this? Him nowhere to be seen? Him missing, Did they even miss him? Of course they did, he was just being crazy, right? But where were they? Were they looking for him? Throwing a party he was gone? He was just over reacting, he always was.
He was helpless, he couldn’t even yell. He could only cry into the hard rock around him, letting the hot tear go down his cold and messy face. His back ached, it was probably raw, or even cut up, scrapped even. He was in pain, no matter what position he was in. Was he even gonna be found before he starved? Maybe death was just better. No. He couldn’t think like that. He was gonna get out of here. Even if he had to stay one more night cramped up where he was trapped.

He was cold. He felt nasty and dirty. He was trying to think happy, it had to have been a week in here right? He felt so stiff, lightheaded, everything hurt. His body ached and stung. Was Jellie okay.?

Grian/3rd person

We've been looking for Scar for a week, where could he have gone? I'm surprised he hasn’t died by now, didn’t he say he went caving? I guess he went for more supplies but it’s been over a week, he usually just came back in three days time. Maybe he was getting blocks for a very large build? But even though he ran out he’d be back in three days, at most 5 days. Something was wrong, very wrong.
Xisuma would often check Scars code, seeing nothing wrong with it. The Hermits would often worry, they even tried finding them himself, some just tried to think for the better (Like Stress, Pearl, Impulse, Joe, and Welsknight) thinking he was just taking a break away from the Hermits, but he would never do such a thing without telling someone. He told Grian everything, Grian was a little annoyed with Scar when he left to go mining and maybe even said a few things he didn’t mean but it was just all fun and games.
Grian missed his stupid giggles he would hear. He missed getting shot at with a bow and Scar yelling ‘Hot guy!’ into his ear. He missed when they could have fun, did Scar leave because of him? Was Scar in trouble? He decided to go find Scar himself.

Grian trekked down the long tunnel to his mine. He could see a faint username and slowly approached it. It led into a cave and went straight down. He looked up into the cave and saw a one by one tunnel plummeting straight down. He prepared for the worst but the sight he saw gave him shivers.
There laid Scar with fresh blood on his back, his elytra was ripped to shreds, stained with the red liquid. He stepped closer and heard a soft click under his foot. There laid Scars communicator, dusty and broken with the screen cracked up.
He quickly yanked the communicator out of his pocket and immediately typed down the cords of where he was with a large !!!URGENT URGENT!!!
He soon heard the sound of multiple rockets and footsteps as they landed. No one spoke a word as Xisuma peered down into the tight space below them. It took thirty minutes getting Scar out and Impulse had to hold onto the Grian so he wouldn’t leap onto Scar and get him into more pain then he already was in. Cub helped carry him back to the surface and he was quickly laid in Grian’s bed. Grian didn’t mind at all, he wanted Scar to get better.
He was safe, he was alive, he was here. Grian stayed by Scars side the entire time, though he couldn’t look at his wounds while Cub and Xisuma patched him up and gave him a health potion. But was he gonna be okay? That thought stuck with him, Scar wasn’t waking up, he got more worried by the second. He was like a mother hen. If Scar was awake, If, he would be making fun and giggling at grian for worrying so much. But it was just silent, just dead silence. Was he respawning, was there a death message in chat yet? Yet? Why was Grian thinking like this? Scar was gonna be okay! Right?
He didn’t notice the hand that was placed on his shaking knee. It took him a second to realize it was Scar. Scar had his usual goofy smile, just, very, very tired. Grian tried to be as gentle as possible as he leaned down to hug Scar. Scar happily complied and hugged back with the little strength he had. But he was okay! He was safe inside with Grian, he’d be back to normal in no time!

At least that's what he thought. Scar often found it hard to walk, almost as if he was reverting back to what he had been doing a few years ago. This scared and tortured his mind. But he would get better, as long as he had hope, he would get better. That's how it worked last time and his friends helped him through it. It was most likely all the coal and dust that got in his lungs, even the Admin himself had said such a thing. And most times he wasn’t wrong. Most.
He started to feel better as another week passed but that didn’t make the trauma go away. Yes everything he built always had a lot of space but when he had to go get more resources he had to have someone go with him in caves and strip-mines. He never liked being alone in fact, he would often tease and mess around with Grian more, not to say grian didn’t mind it, everyone in Hermitcraft usually got lonely being alone working on the builds they had.
Keralis was always lovey dovey with all the Hermits and his viewers, he knew all the right ways to make people smile. Maybe because he was goofy most of the time? Only Keralis knew his secret.
But getting back on topic, Scars back finally healed and he could start wearing his elytra again without it rubbing against the exposed wound. He was back on his feet and back to building. Grian would often visit to see what new build he was up to, and each one was magical and special of what Scar built. They would often have sleepovers with each other and even invite some of the other hermits like Stress and Keralis. All was peaceful now and they were content with each other.
