Sunday - David's POV

"Ten minutes David!" Chris called out from the bottom of the stairs to David who was still in their bedroom doing god knows what. They had plans to go to the mall with Chris' group today, even though David was asked by Trevor if he wanted to hang out today, but David told Trevor he was busy.

"Almost done babe!" David shouted in response and went back to the bed that had a few outfits laid out on them. "Oh shit, what to wear what to wear." He sighed and stared down at the clothes and pondered over what to wear on their day out. This was the first time Chris' friends would see me outside of school so expectations were high. I had to look presentable but hot and sexy.

"Jesus christ, Div. How long does it take to get dressed?" Chris walked into the bedroom and stopped at the door frame when he saw that David was still only wearing his briefs. This was exactly how he left him an hour ago "Really?"

"I don't know what to wear! I want to make a good impression." David sheepishly looked down at the carpet and fiddled with his fingers. Chris sighed and walked over to inspect the outfits that David selected as our candidates for today. "Okay, let's see what we've got." He thoroughly inspected the clothes. Outfit number 1, blue shirt and jeans with a yellow zipper, maybe not that one. Outfit number 2, red shirt with black jeans and leather jacket, I like it.

"Go for the T-Bird look. You'll look great in it." David nodded and, after applying some deodorant to himself, put on the outfit that made him look like an extra in Grease. He sat down on the bed and put on his boots while Chris stood by the window, watching for Brent to arrive to pick the lovers up.

"That's Brent! Come on, let's go." David hopped out of the bedroom while trying to put his last boot on. Before he could tumble down the stairs, he successfully managed to put his left boot on and bounced down the stairs. Before leaving the house they both checked that their phones and wallets were in their pockets, and once they had that confirmation, the boys left the house.

"Damn, David. Have you got chills and are they multiplying?" Brent rested his chin on the arm he had leaning out of the open window as he watched the lovers make their way to the back seats.

"What?"

"He hasn't seen Grease, Brent. He won't let me make him watch it either."

"I told you already. I don't do gay musicals."

"I won't accept this kind of talk in my car." Brent shook his head and locked the car before pulling off of the sidewalk as the car made its way out of Chris' neighborhood.

"Where are the ladies?"

"Ash and Stacey are already at the mall waiting for us. Jason wanted to make his own way there so we'll meet everyone at the entrance."

"Sounds like a plan." The boys fell to a comfortable silence as David started to gently drum his fingers along his legs. Since Chris wasn't driving and this wasn't his car, David had to sit in the backseat all by himself which made him restless as he fidgeted. Occasionally he would poke Chris on the back of the head or he would reach out to hold his shoulders. As long as he could touch Chris in some way, he would be fine.

"So, Brent. How did you all meet Chris?"

"I don't really remember, you'd have to ask Ash. I know we all met in Freshman year, but I don't remember how. It's just been the four of us and somehow we've stuck together all throughout high school." Well that wasn't as exciting as I hoped it would be. "What about you two? Have you encountered each other before you started dating or did you just meet on that day?"

"I don't actually think we've met each other before then." Chris racked his brain in an attempt to remember a point in time where the two spoke but he couldn't think of anything. He looked at David through the rearview mirror and shrugged in response.
