TJ enjoyed team bonding they played truth or dare TJ was laughing most of the night. Tobin and Chris enjoyed seeing their daughter laughing and being a teenager.
Unforantley her teenage years weren't the best because of her accident and then looking after her siblings. Tobin and Christen were glad that she was letting loose.
TJ only acted like this with family or with her girlfriend.
It was time for TJ’s turn, Ali turned to TJ “do you have a partner” asked Ali “yes I have a girlfriend and she is my world” responded TJ. Everyone looked shocked apart from Tobin and Chris. They had met the girlfriend more than once.
Soon it was time for lights out everyone left. TJ headed back to her room and then put the key card in and opened the door and in the room was Alex. “I’m guessing I am your roommate,” said TJ. Alex nodded and hugged TJ. TJ then got ready for bed. Once Alex and TJ were ready for bed they turned off the lights and got into bed.
Before TJ knew it she was awake it was 6 am on the 21st of June. They didn't need to be up until 8 am as they had training at 8.30 am before breakfast. TJ decided to get ready in gym clothes and then go to the gym to do her personalized exercise. TJ's exercise plan was 5 min jog, step mill for 5 minutes, leg press 20 exercises and 5 reps, pull up bar 5 20 exercises, and climbing rope for 5 minutes. Ab crunches 20 exercises and 5 reps, leg curls 20 exercises and 5 reps elliptical trainer and cool down on the bike.
