Chapter 7 TJ's Breakfast

TJ decided to get the ultimate breakfast which was 6 slices of toast, 8 hash browns, 2 tins of beans, two tins of chopped tomatoes, two tubs of cooked mushrooms, 8 rashers of bacon, 8 sausages, and 8 eggs. 

Everyone apart from Tobin and Chris was shocked at what she got but they were told by Jill that she did two workouts when they did one. 

TJ finished her plate and scrapped it clean and then leaned back in her chair she was stuffed at the moment. 

TJ knew she would be hungry again within two hours because of her high metabolism. “TJ have you got 4 packs,” asked Mal. 

TJ stood up and lifted her T-shirt she had a six-pack. TJ’s girlfriend loved her body and it made TJ love it a bit more. Everyone was shocked even Tobin and Chris. TJ’s abs were defined. 

TJ was then the subject of conversation and she was asked questions about how her abs are so refined. TJ then told them her exercise plan which is; a 5-minute Jog, 5 Minute Row, 5 Minute Step Mil, then 20 reps of each 5 sets Leg press, Cable Lunges, Cable Pulls, Peck Deck Machine, Pull up bar, adductor Machine, Hammer Strength, Machine Bench, Sit Up Bench, Ab Crunch, Leg Curl, then climbing rope twice. To cool down she does Elliptical Trainer, Bike 5 minutes, and 5 minutes of jogging. 

Everyone was shocked at how much she does but she added that she didn't do that this morning. TJ smiled when their jaws dropped. TJ loved her routine and she would improvise it from day to day some days she did more and some days did less.
