River's pov:

Whatever the fuck I just walked into, I just ended up saving Kingston.

And there the man himself stood, glaring at me. Seth fucking Wolf.

Ignoring everyone around me, my only attention was on him. The man who was responsible for taking my father away from me.

"Look what you did, you bitch!" He shrieked as he glanced at the now dead woman on the floor.

Good. She was ugly anyway.

"Don't fucking call my sister that." Honor snapped from infront of him.

Tension was hot around this place and I'm sure everyone felt it too.

Seth ignored Honor and began walking towards me.

Homor stepped forward in an attempt to stop him from getting any closer to me but failed once two of Seth's men stood in his way.

As Seth got closer, my body tensed. I prepared myself for anything.

Kingston carefully watched his fathers every move closely as he now stood a few feet infront of me.

He reached out his hand and began to slowly and gently stroke my cheek.

It made me want to be sick.

"Why are you here and where are my men?" He angrily whispered with a sharp glare on his face and I was assuming he was talking about the men that kept me trapped on the floor below.

"I killed them." I whispered back with a smirk on my face and before he or I could say anything else, a hard slap flew across my face.

Fuck.

"What the fuck!" Honor yelled, making his way towards us as he pushed the two big men aside.

Before anything else could escalate, I lifted my gun and pressed it to his skull.

"Watch what the fuck you're doing. I won't hesitate to put a bullet through your fucking head. You got that?" I warned him as he just continued to glare at me.

"Son, are you going to let this woman disrespect me like this? Is this who you are, you foolish boy!" Seth questioned Kingston, turning to face him.

Kingston looked between me and Seth before finally opening his mouth to speak.

"And tell me why I should stop her?" Kingston replied, glaring at Seth as he spoke.

"Because I am your father!" He yelled, his voice echoing around the whole room.

Kingston chuckled at his response, "No, you're not."

A small smirk made it's way on my face at his reply as Honor came to stand beside me, cocking his gun.

Seth instantly snapped his head in our direction after hearing the noise and an evil grin formed on his face.

"You know why I killed your father?" He asked and my body tensed as my grip got tighter on the gun.

"It was because he was a useless piece of shit that didn't deserve the life he lived. He was a monster and he didn't deserve to live in this world as he did. A monster that should've died a long time ago but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. So when I saw my chance, I took it and I succeeded, and you wanna know what I did to him when my chance came?" Tears formed in my eyes at his cruel words but anger ran throughout my whole body.
