Disaster had already struck, the explosion easily explaining what just occurred.

"HIMEJIMA, NOW!" Tamayo yelled signaling her comrade into action.

Instantly a massive spiked ball cleaved off the demon kings head while he was stuck in place.

Giyuu cut through the bushes just in time to see it all unfold, he was second to arrive.

He couldn't get close to the two demons, they were in a sort of spiked trap of some kind.

Instead he defended Gyomei from an attack of Muzan's.

As if on queue all the others arrived at the same time.

"IT'S MUZAN!" Gyomei yelled loudly making sure he was heard.

Everyone fired up their techniques before the demon king smirked wildly.

"Stupid rats." He scoffed as multiple doors opened up on the ground around him swallowing up the slayers.

Giyuu knew before hand and immediately grabbed a hold of the closest slayer, that being Obanai.

As the two landed on the ground he could see Iguro's confusion.

"What the hell?" He asked looking around also seeing Giyuu.

The water pillar let go of the fabric of the snake pillar's uniform.

"Iguro, there's no time, we have to find the others."

The snake pillar had barely just processed what happened.

They just went from attacking the demon king to being dropped in a magical dungeon of some kind.

Giyuu ran off forcing his snake pillar compatriot to follow.

He hated this place with every ounce of his being, the smell of blood constantly lingering close by, the repeating hallways and patterns.

Ever single detail of this place brought up memories he hated, memories of that day years ago.

It was hard for Obanai to keep up, Giyuu was running with a demonic like Ferocity that was hard to match. He had to put all his effort just following the guy let alone attacking the demons Giyuu ran straight into.

No, Giyuu completely massacred what essentially was peace meal attacks from the demon's inside the fortress as they ran by.

Every single one that got in their way was killed before Obanai could even catch up.

His eyes constantly scanned everywhere as he ran, one singular memory kept replaying in his head constantly.

"CAW CAW, SHINOBU KOCHO INSECT HASHIRA DEAD FIGHTING UPPER RANK 2!"

That one memory terrified him down to his core, his entire life flashed before his eyes at the mere thought alone.

He couldn't let that happen again, no, he won't let  that happen again.

That singular memory triggered a wave of sensations he had long since forgotten.

Giyuu was feeling something much higher than simple anger or rage.

Only one word could describe his state, this feeling, this sensation, this fiery hatred most close to that of pure wraith filled him.

The distant muffled noises of someone faintly shouting up ahead instantly drew his attention.

His mind screamed at him, he had to find her, he had to find her, he HAD to find her.

Every muscle and fiber of his being told him he had to find her before it was too late.
