Special side note #2

Alright, ladies and gentlemen, my fellow human beings (presumably), I thought it would be an appropriate time to have this special chapter for you all now since we're getting to the final portion of the story and things are picking up..... quickly.

So, for starters, I included a few bits and pieces here and there, some dare I say, foreshadowing, for what's to come.

(If anyone picked up on what Zenitsu said in part 35 I commend you)

I also would like to thank you all for reading this far and baring with my (interesting) upload schedule.

I hope so far none of the story has been too much of a slog to get through. I've at least tried my best to make it a mix between plot and uhhhh, well y'know, what you came here for, obviously.

Now, onto a little bit of power scaling before we go any further.

In terms of (only hashira) this is now counting marks see through world and any red blades they may potentially get I'll rank them all. This list is for overall and not just individual stats.

All explanations will be listed and this is against demons for reference.

1. Giyuu
-Fastest reaction speed+see through world.
-Crazy defense and pretty good offense
-Most stamina/really good endurance
(Survived multiple fatal blows originally fighting Akaza, also survived the man, the menace, Koko)
-most/highest quality experience (obviously)
-so fast on defense you can't see his blade moving
-dude is just way better then his original self in literally every way

2. Gyomei
-physically strongest hashira
-crazy reaction speed+see through world
-literally only beat out by Giyuu
-pretty good endurance/ durability (tanked big shockwave attack and managed to shield others)

3. Sanemi
-good amounts of experience and strength
-trained the most with Giyuu and Gyomei
-most durable
(literally survived almost being disemboweled)
-special blood
-most aggressive fighter

4. Obanai
-best swordsmanship
-snake best friend with crazy utility
-high battle intelligence
(Dude literally got red blade and see through with little to no instructions and figured it out all on his own)
-not a fast runner but a fast fighter

5. Kanae
-trained under Giyuu and has a very fast fighting style
(faster+stronger+more experience then Muichiro)
-good strength (slightly below Kanroji but above muichiro)
-one of the fastest runners
-3rd fastest technique speed

6. Muichiro
-beat upper moon 4 alone (5 originally but y'know, Akaza kinda died earlier)
-highest potential
-not super experienced but has been taught a lot more this time
-kid has crazy endurance (boy got sliced in ha-)
-ok strength

7. Rengoku
-amazing strength
-decent smarts and good battle intelligence
-really good endurance (donut)
-an overall well rounded fighter
-decent amounts of experience
-Doesn't excel too much in any particular category

8. Tanjiro (no 13th form, yet)
-sun breathing
-has much more experience and training
-Great endurance but still has some minor stamina issues
-has fought 2nd most upper moon members out of all the hashira

9. Mitsuri
-she's got the fastest technique speed
-slowest runner by far
-really good endurance but she also has stamina issues (first hashira to tire out in final fight with muzan and she literally did nothing besides barely fight nakime before that)
-pretty good strength

10. Shinobu
-fastest attack speed (thrusting speed?)
-decent endurance
-really agile and fast (one of fastest in base)
-no she's not gonna get a mark cause even with it she still not cutting off no heads
-let's be real she didn't even attend the hashira training so everyone else got major buffs while she didn't

Tengen is not included (let this man retire in peace)

That's how I'd rank em, high key think Tanjiro would beat Mitsuri just cause he gets wayyyy stronger in this timeline, and this is without 13th form (If he gets 13th then his ranking would jump up above Kanae but below Obanai).

Rengoku is questionable, but like, still think he beats Tanjiro (for now) just cause he's actually physically stronger and more experienced as a fighter (dude literally learned a whole breath style from a burnt up book this dude must be a genius of some kind).

Giyuu literally stomps in every category aside from physical strength (dude is equal with tengen in terms of physical strength which is below Gyomei but above everyone else in this timeline) and iq (his wife  beats him no contest).

That's my rankings, there's still some debatable points but that's about as accurate as we're getting with characters that died and never even hit their peak originally (or have unknown potential cough cough).

Mind you everyone here is much more trained up and a lot of them are far more experienced so that's does change things (slightly).

Now that's enough of the power scaling, on to some other important things.

I'd like to say that the story is likely to conclude with (hopefully) a little less then 50 total parts, that's what I've planned for anyway.

That's also not including side special 1&2 and 35.5 in that count btw but is including the prologue and potential epilogue.

I plan to have maybe a few slice of life chapters after the main story concludes to wrap up the story nicely (hopefully).

The final part will be split up into two separate parts because..... I felt like it.
