Always and Forever

Chapter 10

*Ella’s POV*

As soon as Jake left I was bored. I had nothing to do. So I decided to clean the kitchen. I opened my fridge and saw that there was literally no food at home. I looked at the time, it was only 8 pm. It wasn’t too late so I decided to go to the market and buy some food.

I got ready and left my apartment. It wasn't too dark but it definitely was a cold night. I love walking in the evening. It’s always peaceful. Fresh air was everything I needed right now. Last week I hadn't even left my apartment but now everything was great. Jake talked to me and we are still together. It was so hard not to see him for the whole week.

As I was about to went into the market I felt pain in my head and everything went black.

When I woke up my head hurt a lot. It was so painful to open my eyes. It took me a few tries to finally open them and look at my surroundings. I had no idea where I was. I tried to move my hands but only then I realized that I was tied to a chair. I tried to somehow free myself but it wasn’t working.

-         Sleeping beauty finally decided to wake up.

There was a man standing in front of me. I looked at him. He had a mask on his face and only his eyes were showing. It was really familiar eyes and even though his voice was muffled because of the mask, I still could tell that I heard it somewhere before.

I wanted to scream, cry and get out of here but instead I took a deep breath and stayed as calm as I could.

-         Who are you and what do you want from me?

-         I can’t answer the first question. But there actually is something that I want from you.

He took a chair and sat down in front of me. I still couldn’t tell where I knew him from. But maybe someday I’ll remember him.

-         Don’t worry Isabella, I’m not going to hurt you. I just want to talk to you.

-         Then say it, what do you want?

-         Nothing impossible actually. I want you to break up with that boyfriend of yours.

-         Jake?

-         Yes.

-         I’m not going to break up with him. Not now, not ever.

-         Looks like I didn’t make myself clear. Isabella, Jake is a really smart person, I could even call him a genius and you very well know it. but since he’s with you, he changed and I don’t like that. It’s ruining my plans. I could just kill you, but I want to give you a chance. Either you break up with him willingly or I’ll make sure of that.

-         You’ll make sure of that? you’re so scared that you can’t even show me your face. What can you do to me?

-         First of all, I’m not scared. I’m protecting you. If you’ll see my face I’ll have to kill you and I don’t want to do that, yet. And secondly I can do a lot of things that you can’t even imagine. So be a good girl and do as you’re told.

-         You’re crazy.

-         I know. And yeah, I almost forgot. If Jake hears about any of this, believe me I will be really mad and kill him right in front of you, then I’ll kill you.

He got up from the chair and went to a table nearby. He took a needle in his hands and walked towards me.

-         This is gonna hurt a little bit, but when you wake up you’ll be at home, dear.
