*Jake's POV*

I didn't know how long we were standing there. I didn't care what happened around us. I didn't care about anything. It was me and my love in my arms. I was happy that she wasn't mad at me anymore. It's crazy how I can handle torture but can't handle seeing her angry at me. I don't know how much time passed. Seconds, minutes, hours doesn't matter. We probably would've stayed like this much longer if it wasn't for...

I thought the world had stopped around us, until I heard someone coughing. Only then I remembered that we weren't alone.

I glared at Richy who was still coughing, trying to make it look natural. Next to him stood Lilly. She was watching us with loving eyes. What's wrong with these people? Haven't they seen a hug before?

As soon as Ella saw them, she pulled away from me, slightly blushing. Don't get me wrong, Richy is a great guy, but right now he better run before I kill him.

- Hey guys! – Ella said while going towards them.
- Sorry I had a nightmare and it looks like I'm still not completely woken up. I didn't even see you!

They started talking like I wasn't even there. It kinda annoyed me, not gonna lie, but I was happy seeing Ella laughing. Sight of her crying because of the nightmare wasn't leaving my mind.

I decided it was a great opportunity for me to finally go into that kitchen and make a coffee for Ella, just like I promised.

I finally got near the kitchen and was about to go in, when...

*knock knock*

Is this kitchen cursed or something?

Ella wanted to open the door, but I was closer so I told her that I got it. I went to the door and opened it. There stood Daniel Anderson aka Dan.

Me and Daniel knew each other for years now and let me tell you, it wasn't a friendly relationship. That's why I was suspecting him when Hannah was kidnapped. But we talked and sorted everything out. I can't say we're friends, but we'll help each other if need be needed. Crazy how I changed...

- Bearded bear! – Ella ran to him and hugged him

What's with that nickname anyways. Ok, I said I changed but not that much.

- Enough hugging – I finally pulled them away from each other.

As soon as Ella was off of him, he went straight to Lilly and hugged her. Even though I knew they were dating, I still really wanted to push him away from her. It took me a lot of self control to stop myself.

But the way they were looking at each other... good to know that I'm not the only one who changed. I never could even imagine Daniel falling in love... you could say the same about me..

I looked next to me and there she stood. MY Ella. Yes, my Ella. I looked at her tired eyes and remembered why I was going to the kitchen.

I got near the kitchen and looked at the front door. I wasn't taking my eyes off of it and was entering kitchen backwards. As long as I keep looking at it, no one will knock on it... wha.. what is wrong with me?? I'm definitely going crazy. But I made it, I'm in kitchen. I went to make coffee when...

*knock knock*

After opening that stupid door countless times, whole group meeting up in Ella's apartment instead of Aurora and finally making that coffee, now I'm in my car with Ella. We're both going to Aurora. Let's hope I won't kill that ugly boy tonight.

- It was so real... - I looked at Ella. What is she worried about now?
- That dream?
- Yes... it was real. I remember seeing you cry and I couldn't do anything about it. I felt so useless... - She looked at her hands, just like she does when she's nervous.
- Listen to me Ella – I hold her hands – It was just a dream. I am ok, you are safe. That guy, what was his name... Gerard...
- Gerald.
- Doesn't matter. Gerald doesn't exist. Even if he does exist, me or you have nothing to do with him. He can't do anything to us, I promise you.
