Chapter 13

The Doctor's P.O.V.

Sophie just fainted right after I said River was my wife.

          The Doctor: Sophie!! - I kneeled next to her - Sophie!! Wake up!! What happened???

 - River kneeled next to me.

          River: Is the girl ok?? Who is she by the way???

          The Doctor: She's Sophie. She's a... a f-friend. - River looked at me suspiciously.

          River: A friend?

          The Doctor: Yes! A friend! I met her years ago when I saved her from some Daleks! - I said irritated. She can't know my feelings for Sophie. If she knows that I love her, she'll kill her!

          River: What did the Daleks wanted with her??

          The Doctor: I don't know! I think it's because she's a Time Lady!

          River: A Time Lady? How's that even possible?? Weren't you the last one??

          The Doctor: No more. - I took her in my arms - I better take her to her room.

As I said, I took her in my arms to her room, with River following me. She's suspecting of us, I know it. What can I do?? Why did she had to appear and ruin my things with Sophie?? Well, she would end up knowing sooner or later... I wasn't honest with her. I told her that I love her but I didn't tell her that I have a wife... We got to her room and I layed her on the bed. I saw River looking around.

          River: I see she likes... pink.

          The Doctor: Uh, yeah, I think she does. - I scratched my head. Suddenly Amy and Rory entered the room.

          Amy: Hey River. Didn't know you were he- - she looked at Sophie - Oh no! What happened??? - she knelt next to her with a worried face.

          River: After I got here, she just fainted. - then she began to move.

Sophie's P.O.V.

I felt someone taking me to somewhere else. Then I heard voices. One of them was from the Doctor. And the other was from Amy. I think I'm good enough to open my eyes. I reluntanctly opened my eyes and looked around. I saw River and Rory talking. Then I saw Amy and... the Doctor... looking at me with worried faces.

           Amy: Look! She's awake! Sophie?? Are you ok??

          Sophie: I think so... - I tried to sit, but it was hard - My head is hurting a little...

          Rory: Then you should rest a little. I'll also bring you some aspirin for the headache. - I nodded with a small smile.

          Sophie: T-Thanks Rory. - he smiled and got out of my room. I only noticed now that I was in my room... strange. My room is not hard to recognize. After all it has pink walls! Who wouldn't recognize a room like that??

          Amy: I think it's better to let you sleep. - I nodded - I'm going to the kitchen. River do you want to go with me and have a tea? Or maybe a coffee??
