~Just like that, the entire weekend was gone, and Monday, that evil cunt, was upon them~

They already swung by her place to grab her fresh clothes. After another round up against her bedroom wall, she finally convinced him to leave her there. He had his own agency to run for goodness sake.

"Are you sure you have to go to work? Can't you like call a sick day or some shit?"

"Katsuki, we already talked about this. You go to work. I go to work. Separately." He sneered at that detail, but she continued, "Then I'll call you tonight letting you know when you can come over. Okay?"

Before he headed off, he called, "Do you know where your phone is?"

Lore rolled her eyes sky-high and waved it at him. "It's right here. Now get going."

"Don't give me tone. You're the one who always ignores my messages!"

"I don't just ignore yours. I ignore everyone's." He gave her a dead look over the top of his car. "Okay okay, I'll try and keep it with me."

"I'll hold you to that Lu," giving her a lusty look before driving off.

They both agreed not to kiss goodbye because as soon as their lips touched they had a habit of stripping naked and taking one another then and there.

She walked the opposite way and enjoyed the stroll to work. The cooling temperatures meant that fall was closing in on them soon enough. The closer she go to the agency, the more people she saw patrolling. She waved and smiled at a lot of them. It had been forever since she took a weekend off, but no one other than her even seemed to notice.

She walked into the agency she knew and loved.

"Good morning Harry," she called to the doorman of the agency.

"Morning Ms. Lore. I have a package for you."

"Oh?" She pranced over, and he handed her a huge gray box.

On the cover it had a scrolling message, "I'm sorry for everything."

She resisted the urge to drop the box on the ground and stomp it to death in the middle of the lobby. Or as close to death as an inanimate object could get. She didn't want to worry Harry though, so she took it and bowed slightly in goodbye.

She rode the common elevator, and she was not pleased when a few of the newer sidekicks barreled in. Of course, Enji said she had full access to their family's personal one, but she always felt guilty using it in case someone accused them of favoritism. It wasn't like she was a Todoroki by name or anything.

"Ohhhhhhhh, is that from your boyfriend?" One of the younger girls sang. She had skin that moved like water beneath the skimpy white bathing suit she had the audacity to call a costume.

Feeling pissed Yasushi had the audacity to leave this at her place of work, she snapped, "No."

The girl frowned at her and bit back, "Jeeze. No need to be a bitch about it though."

One of the males elbowed her. "Dude. Chill. That's Lore. Our healer."

Lore didn't even wait for the girl's bullshit apology. She shouldered out of the crowded elevator.

"Ummm, Lore! Shoto would like-"

She ignored the sweet receptionist. She marched into her office and slammed the door with too much force. The glass in her door cracked. She was so enraged she kicked a random box hanging out in the middle of her relatively messy office. Naturally, the box contained something solid.
