I missed this. And I didn't miss it. I wanted this to be over yesterday. I wanted to start training, toning, I was ready to start in on real fights. I'd work my way up, I'd be there to scrape through long bouts. Anything to actually feel what it would be like to take on real competitors. To not fake a limp. To make money based on my skill not on cheating others out of money.

The crowd was going wild and I could hear them screaming for my opponent's name. Cynthia was on the sidelines, I'd broke her nose a few fights ago. Tiff wasn't able to run the double with me, so I ran it with Billy. That meant we had to fight another pair that was either two men or two women.

Standing in the ring next to him was thrilling, his nose was bleeding, but Billy never let anything show weakness. I was sure my pinky on my left hand was dislocated. I could feel it floating, I tried wrapping it into my palm, but that wasn't going to stop me.

"You running Bishop.. or you going to let me fuck you again..." James was staring at me. The fucker and his friend were our competition. He hadn't been hit yet, I didn't realize how quick he was, Billy was eyeing them both, if this was outside they would have a bottle bashed over their heads, but we needed to buy time.

Lyle was pacing and Michael was standing with Tiff. I just watched as Billy let me dance, the other guy wasn't bad either, but fighting men was always a challenge, they were too cocky. They were always stronger, so I had to be better, smarter and more ready for a fight.

Billy was an unknown though, I trusted him, but he was angry. He was mad that James was here, the one person who may have hurt Tiff, hurt me and that made him livid. I then scooted over leading the other guy off to the side, "Finish him Hargrove."
