CHAPTER 23.

“PAST IS PAST but that past we are talking about is not just any past you're saying!

“And one of our students are involve in that kabobohan you're saying. So it's not entirely their fault ”

Naiinis nako.

He looked at me in disbelief “Nabobo kana ba eya? And we are the SSG officers—and not just SSG officers but also the protectors of our students. It's our job to do to protect our school from that kind of issue. . .

I'm saying this to you because I want to protect the images of our students. Not only them but ours too, yours too eya. Are you not thinking about how will the students here feels if you push this and let them join the event?”

I agree on him in some point but as I said it's not entirely their fault. Viden University is not the only school who is in fault. That's the truth. Why can't he understand that?

“I understand your point. But can't we just forget about it and move on? Give second chance to both schools? If this will go on, walang mangyayari sa both schools. Ano? Mag aaway nalang forever? Can't you see I'm doing this for the peace of all? Accept our mistakes and learn from it. Make acquaintance, not enemies” kalmadong sabi ko, he was about to say something but i immediately stopped him “And please whatever you are about to say, I don't wanna hear it anymore. Let's just fucos on the discussion about the event” I dismiss him.

Ayoko na mag-away pa kami. Kahit naiinis nako.

We moved forward on the meeting. Thankfully it went peacefully. Hindi na nagsalita si adral. But I can still see him sulking on the side. We can't do anything, if we turn down the application of viden to participate in the competition, lalabas na bitter kami sakanila dahil sila lang ang school na hindi namin pinayagang sumali. I want to show them that vanguard high doesn't hold grudges, we forgive and give second chances. After all, like I said it's not entirely their fault.

And also viden is the first to reach out, all we have to do is accept them. But I'm not that stupid, ofcourse. I'm still gonna keep an eye on them. Viden's founders cannot be trusted after all. They are dangerous. Even we already forgive them, I still cannot forget what they did. I'm trying my hardest to forget about it. I'm just being considerate. I'm not that nice if you stab me at the back. I give them chance, it's up to them if they're gonna miss it up.

Although fourth keep visiting me at the office.

It was a lazy afternoon when he sneaked in again inside my office.

Natawa ako sa sinabi nya “Hindi naman. Maraming pera yon” I said while looking at him wondering around like it's his first time inside.

“Hmm. Oo nga pala. Maraming pera 'yon, pwede kaya ako humingi sakanya pang patayo lang ng sariling canteen don samin? Tas pang groceries na rin para may makain kami kapag nagutom” he said innocently.
