Staying at Dej's house is the best decision I've made since I met her. Her mother is hilarious. She either curses her brother, dad, or is trying to explain to Dej that she should've put her up for mom adoption. Dej always bothers her and with the relationship issues with Ty, she want not having it when she got home. Her shift ended at 7AM and she couldn't sleep so when we woke up Dej thought it would be fun to not spare the details.

Dej definitely will be getting kicked out the moment she grabs that diploma. Jake texted me of course and he asked if we were still on for the day. I told him yes and that Dej and I could just meet them at his place. We both bought Maddie some things yesterday and wanted to be there when she arrived.

Bella was there finishing up some stuff in Maddie's new room while the guys went to pick her up. They're definitely gonna spoil her like crazy but with her mother, she deserves it.

"Hey Bella" Dej and I both walk inside Maddie's room where Bella was throwing trash from appliances away.

"Hey girls. Are these for Maddie ? She's gonna be so happy to see new faces. She's been ready to leave and see all the pretty stuff she can."

"Yeah I hear she's really impatient to see everything. She is an eager kid I'll give her that" I agree.

"I'm happy she's coming I know how much Jake and Co missed her. Stacey missing out on the last few visits really took them for a loop" Dej says.

"I know I'll be a lot happier not being the only lady in this house anymore" Bella giggles.

"Eh I don't think you would have for very long anyway" Dej gives me a side eye and small smirk as she speaks.

"Did Jake tell you the good news ?" I changed the subject.

"Yes! And I'm so proud of them. I've actually been meaning to ask, if we're not be able to attend on Monday because of work would you mind going for him ?"

"Yeah of course . You don't have have to ask that they know I'll be there for them. Dej is coming too we got it"

"She's right. What time will they be getting back ?"

"They left a while ago so I'd say not too long from now but I think we have a little time for juice boxes and fruit cups?"

"Fine by me" Dej chuckles.

We got our snack and waited in the kitchen for the guys to arrive with Maddie. They were taking forever so we called to make sure they were okay and it turns out Maddie wanted some specific food so they stopped for her.

From then on they came straight here and we could hear Maddie's excitement about how big the place was. She came running into the kitchen and straight into my arms for a hug.

"Hey Mani !!" She yells in excitement while she's squeezing my legs for a hug.

"Hey Maddie welcome home" I rub her back.

"Hey ladies"

"Hey" We all greet the three men coming in the kitchen and sitting bags on the table.

"So Maddie wants In&Out and you bring us all food ?"Bella questions Kian.

"I thought why not ? I mean it's In&Out" He reasons.
