Chapter 26 : Way to happiness

The sounds of the sea crashing on the sand overlapped with the sounds of seagulls cawing in the distance. The soft breeze that was blowing, caused the grass blades to sway. The sun glistened bright and shiny as it hung low in the sky. The smell of fresh air fills the air.

"Ok, we're finally here," said the buggy boy as he stopped the vehicle. The female staff hop off the buggy and lead the way to their room. As she was walking, she explained a bit about their room. After arriving, she then excuses herself and lets the two enter the room.

"A...a...a... hyung... is this where we're going to stay?" asked Jihoon, eyes looking around the room with slight confusion. He don't even bother to close his jaw when his mouth dropped slightly open in surprise.

"Mhmm," replied Hyunsuk, walking straight past Jihoon to the massive door and opening it, revealing an extremely huge room. There's a big sitting area in the middle of the room, with a 21 inches sized television on the shelf. Not far from that, there's the king-sized bed. The room's decor is modern and bright. It features timber flooring, Balinese artwork, and some other small details. Hyunsuk then walked towards the huge sliding door and slide it open. A pleasant wind suddenly touches his face. The sounds of the wave and seagulls are very clear now.

The view of Jimbaran Bay could be seen from where he's standing right now. He let his hair fly free. Hyunsuk then stepped outside, looking at the infinite pool facing the sea. The water seems like a beautiful mirror, reflecting every little movement he does. He crouched down and taps the surface making the hot water from the scorching sun ripple.

Jihoon who's still in shock look around the room. He can't believe he is staying in such a luxurious place like this. He then turns his head to look for Hyunsuk, as his eyes didn't catch Hyunsuk by his side, he then moves towards the wide-open sliding door.

"You-" Jihoon couldn't finish his word when he saw something that made him completely stunned. His eyes fall on  Hyunsuk who is crouched down by the pool. He completely ignored the fact that there was a magnificent-looking beach right in front of his eyes. In his eyes right now,  there's only one thing he can see. His heart beats so fast, it seemed to be jumping out from his chest. At this moment, he feels like he could embrace that small body,  kiss those lips and tell the world that he loves them more than anything else.

After what seemed like forever, Hyunsuk stand up, looking straight in the direction of Jihoon. Hyunsuk then took steps towards him slowly, making Jihoon feels like all his soul is being sucked out by that man. His face turned redder the closer they got to each other. "What are looking at?" He doesn't know how long has passed but Jihoon already forgot how to breathe. "Nothing." Was all he could utter. His mind was blank.

"Look at this view, don't you think you should take a photo of it?" asked Hyunsuk as he point out to the ocean. Looking at Jihoon didn't react, he then moves closer to the young boy, tapping his shoulder and peeking under his nose. Feeling a tap on his shoulder, Jihoon snaps back into reality. He looked at Hyunsuk. Their faces were now only a few centimeters apart, realizing it, Jihoon quickly step back. As his heart races loudly and fast, his pace increases too.

Plop!

The water splashed when Jihoon fall into the pool. He immediately wakes up from whatever trance he has been in when he feels his whole body soaked in the pool.  "Shit!" He curses as he peeks his head out of the water. "...Hoon... Jihoon!!" He quickly turns his head toward the source of his name. He pulls his hair back as he tries to get rid of the excess water in his eyes, looking at Hyunsuk who is on his knees at the edge of the pool.

"Are you okay?!" Jihoon heard Hyunsuk asks in concern, sounding worried. He then brings his head up, looking at Hyunsuk's eyes. He then lowered his head again, trying to hide his smile. "Hyung!" Jihoon shout, making Hyunsuk flinch. His hand on his chest, "You scared me, I thought you were drowning or something..." his voice trailed off. Jihoon then moves to the side of the pool, grabs the handle, and pulls himself out of the pool.

As soon as he's out of the pool, Hyunsuk  immediately moves forward and grabs him, "Are you okay?" Hyunsuk asked, checking Jihoon for any injuries. The young boy was startled by Hyunsuk's actions. He can feel his left arm tingling from his touch. He then looks at Hyunsuk, "Hyung, I am fine. Look! I am as strong as steel," said Jihoon with confidence. He then laughs lightly. Happy that Hyunsuk show a little bit of concern.

"Hyung, are you worried about me?" tease Jihoon, while he wipes his body dry with a towel that was given by Hyunsuk. "Of course I am!  What if something happened to you? How would I explain to your parents?" Hyunsuk's reply almost sounds like he's scolding Jihoon. He then sighed. "Why did you suddenly fall  into the pool?" Hyunsuk asked, his face still showing concern.

Jihoon's ears turned a shade of pink at Hyunsuk's question. "I...I...I.." he stutters, trying to find the right words to say. There's no way Jihoon would say that he fell into the pool because of him. Before Jihoon could answer, he turn his head at Hyunsuk when he heard a small chuckle from his side.

Hyunsuk hyung laughing? What happened to that stoic guy who always keeps his guard up everywhere? Jihoon thought. He takes a peek at Hyunsuk, who's putting his hand on his mouth, probably hiding his smile. Jihoon couldn't see his face because of their height difference but he believe that the tiny guy surely have such a pretty face when he was smiling. As his hand tries to reach out for Hyunsuk's head, Hyunsuk clears his throat. He retreats his hand.

"You're an interesting guy," commented Hyunsuk, as he smile softly. Jihoon feels like his whole system stopped working. He rubs his eyes, making sure he sees it right. Before he could confirm it, Hyunsuk's eyes then shifted toward the glass sliding door behind him. "Get dressed, we're having lunch," he added before walking away into the room.

Jihoon, who still can't believe what just happened, stares at the sliding door, wondering what exactly had just happened. His heart beat rapidly and the feeling of happiness filled in his chest. The hotness creeps all over his cheeks, he could feel the steam rising from his head. He can't help but smile widely and he giggles a bit.

"Ahh, hyung I love you," he mutters, covering his mouth with his hands, as his cheeks started glowing brightly. "Are you just staying there? Move your ass quickly," Hyunsuk's raring voice came from inside the room. Instead of getting startled, Jihoon just smiles widely, "A second hyung, I'm coming." He then ran into the room with a big smile on his face.

The waves crash against the shoreline, creating a nice relaxing rhythm of waves, and water trickling. The sound of the seagulls crying in the distance with the sounds of children laughing and playing together. The scent of flowers and sea breeze fills the air. It's all calming and peaceful, like how Jihoon feels right now, as he stares at Hyunsuk who's enjoying his lunch.
