Teho woke up full of energy. The second day of school was the right time to find that "somebody" to be beautiful by his side for a month or so. Summer love affairs were yesterday's news, not that he had had time for any this year, but now it was time for a fall romance— to get inspired, to have fun during boring classes, to make everyone jealous. He pictured himself sweet-talking random girls.
What about that angry one from yesterday? He wondered, still shaken and intrigued by the unusual interaction.
Surely I have to cross paths with her again. I wonder what she'd be like with me.
Today is already starting to be so much fun.
Leisurely tying the white scarf around his neck solidified his ice prince fantasy, even though it would be a few months before the snows came.
I'm ready to go. He smiled, proud of his fashion sense.
Teho left the dorm and walked to school automatically, checking his camera, and reviewing yesterday's work. The boy worked diligently every day, even during those quiet months of vacation—where he was able to focus more on his own artistic goals, expanding his ever-growing portfolio each day.

He didn't want other people to know how much of a big deal it really was for him. He'd rather be the boy others expected him to be. Being well-liked carried with it the need to play his part of an equally enthusiastic, sometimes bratty, but still likable boy. A persona he had crafted for this kind of interaction.
Girly voices caught his attention.
