Redwood conservatory Park was a hidden gem located in the countryside town of Walter Falls. But was incredibly well-known among the citizens of the small town.
As it's name suggests, many of the trees were redwood, others: ferns, oaks, blossum, and many others.
Rumour had it there was a particular walking trail you could hike up to a nearby hill, and an amazing view of the town.
Forest land below, and a birds eye view or the sky. Sunrise, sunsets, the night full of twinkling stars. Most specially astronomical events.
The only way to find the trail is said to be located somewhere in the middle of the park, close to the eldest redwood tree and pond connected to a miniature waterfall.
The larger one was located on the outskirts of the forest, close to the carpark. And quite a popular spot for families, couples, and townsfolk to sit down with their picnic blankets and listen to water cascade down onto the rocks. Tranquil.
Tomorrow the town would be celebrating its 50th Anniversary since its founding.
