Christmas Winter Wonderland
A short story I wrote for Wattpad magic profile's X-mas 2022 Calender book comment section to celebrate countdown to Christmas. Hope you all enjoy it. Merry Christmas to all and a happy new year.
White, cold flakes covered the top of the rides, fencing, and every surface at Nolan's carnival. It was that time of year again when they rolled into town to bring cheer and entertainment to your very small community of Greenwall Heights. Bringing flocks of people through it's gates with promises of endless fun from Friday to weekend only. Tempting people to tame, scary and thrill seekers dreams, game arcade win a prize, delicious waft of food and animal zoo.
But you were here for another reason. Ashley James. Your old high school crush. And secondly, you'd somehow been roped into volunteering at carnival for the weekend. From setting up Christmas decorations and ran errands for Santa's helpers. She was one of them.
Right now, your wrist had been taken captive by the beautiful blonde into the forest part of a magical winter wonderland. Your breath caught in your throat. It was enchanting.
