The team had been assembled, standing alone on a grassy plain. Xanthe was muttering to himself whilst flicking through the pages and folding a few of the corners to save his place.

"Alright are you all ready?" Xanthe asked, hearing the Hermits mumble and nod in a vague response.

Xanthe flicked back to another page, speaking in Galactic and making glyphs in the air. Eventually, the spell had been complete and a portal expanded from the glyphs. The portal ebbed and flowed like a river and was a deep blue, filled with star-like lights.

He smiled at the others, indicating their safety and jumped in himself, waving for them to follow. The hermits hesitantly stepped in afterwards.

The Hermits stared in awe at the structures around them. They had never seen something so tall yet magical. Chorus plants lay scattered around the city and buildings stood at up to 60 or even 70 feet tall.

"You live here?!" Scar broke the silence, shouting in surprise.

Xanthe nodded calmly, taking in the sights around him. He felt good to be home but he had a job to do.

"Come on, follow me. I'll lead us to the prison. As tempting as it is, please try to keep your heads down. We're not used to visitors." Xanthe explained, nervously lifting his hood up to hide his own identity.

He knew his mother would be looking for him at this point. She was usually distant but she'd always notice when Xanthe left.

Traversing through the town was difficult due to the amount of people in the small streets. It was also hard for them to stay together since everyone was shoving through the market.

Eventually, the group squeezed through the hustle and bustle of shopkeepers and potential buyers.

"Thank goodness we're out of there!" Ren exclaimed, a little out of breath.

"Yeah, luckily we can just take the back streets from here." Xanthe said, earning a sigh of gratitude from the Hermits.

They shuffled their way around the dark shadowy streets, occasionally encountering a thug or homeless person but pretending to ignore them.

"Um... These streets aren't that... great." Scar muttered, trying to be as polite as possible.

"It seems I have overlooked the quality of this area..." Xanthe said with a hint of guilt in his voice.

"It's fine. Once we get this all over with, I'm sure you can persuade whoever's in charge to fund this area's replenishment." Xisuma reassured quietly.

Xanthe hummed in agreement, continuing to the outskirts of town.
As they turned the corner, a large building came into view on a floating island in the sky.

"Here we are... " Xanthe muttered under his breath, glaring at the prison. He remembered when he walked in on his mother casting a banishment spell. The criminal looked horrified and rightfully so. The criminal had been hired to try and kill the Void's prince, Xanthe. And his mother, the Queen, looked furious.

"It's...huge" Mumbo whispered taking in the intricate detail of the building before him.

"Yeah. I mean... I expected it to be big but not this big..." Scar agreed.

"Ok. I'll cast the spells and then I'll do all the talking. You guys don't speak any Galactic which I assume is the language they'll use." Xanthe explained, watching most Hermits agree.

"I know a little Galactic. I was born here and I'm an Admin so I had to learn it for some server gatekeeping and to fix some occasional bugs ." All members looked at X, surprised.
