Elder and Nana went straight to the basement when the amber moon rose, checking if there were any prophecies. Jay and Kay were both standing in front of the window, watching the amber moon peacefully.

"Did you see anything? Prophecies?" The Elder asked in a commanding voice. Nana was standing on his side.

Jay spoke without hesitation. "Death and ashes. And you cannot stop it." His cold voice echoed in the basement chamber.

The Elder laughed nervously. He hissed. "Not all the prophecies you saw happened. There isn't a war between clans, the remaining phoenix blood cannot kill me because she doesn't have the strength like her father. She doesn't even bother if I exist."

Jay scoffed at him. His voice was calm and collected unlike the previous. "Kay and my visions were consistent. It's definitely happening. You could all have been interpreting the prophecies incorrectly. Why don't you summon the hypnosis girl if you think I am lying?" Jay challenged him.

"Your reign is ending. We will be happily watching that." Jay said in a concluding voice. The Elder was about to strangle him when Nana stopped him. "Don't." Nana warned, shaking her head. Both of them left the basement room of the twins. They stopped inside the council room.

"I need to do something Nana, I need to do something." He murmured like crazy. "I cannot allow that to happen. I will not die."

"Calm down Elder. I think the twins were just trying to rattle you." Nana tried to console him.

"Do we need to get Haein's parents now as the phoenix collateral? We have to do something." He fiddled his hands as he was trying to think of Jay's recent words.

"It will just alarm Haein and Nini. We need them to be calm. I've seen their gifts and both of them were powerful, let's avoid any altercation between them. We can use them as weapons to bring the phoenix blood here."

He walked back and forth, looking like a crazy man.

"No one can take my seat, my power. Right Nana?"

"No one Elder. You are the lone immortal with three bloodlines at core. No one's gonna beat you for the seat." Nana whispered to him.

"I need to come up with a plan. I want my insides to be composed of 4 bloodlines. I have to be the most powerful creature both in the Nether and Upper."

"Nana, remember the cherry blossom? And the continuous rain in Seoul for the past 3 days?

"Yes Elder."

"I think it's the elf doing. We need to find the elf loitering in the mundane world. We had to force an elf to summon the bloody moon. From there, I could feed the phoenix blood and kill her. Mobilize some vampires. Look for that elf."

"Right." Elder talked to himself. "I don't need to wait. Elves can summon the moon for me. Power. I will be acquiring the greatest power to ever exist.

My red blood, combining to the phoenix amber blood.

Red and amber. We will collide. The Elder's thoughts.

The Parks

"Jihyo. It's Jihyo, right?" Samuel greeted Jihyo cheerfully.

They were inside the Park's residence and inside  were the Coven, Jihyo, Samuel, and Jinyoung's siblings.

Jinyoung, who had been around Jihyo several times, was able to lure Jihyo to listen to their side, and brainwashed her against Haein.

"Let's go straight to the point. What is it that you want?" Jihyo asked nonchalantly.
