The morning after

"GOOD MORNING LOVEBIRDS!!" is the first thing i hear this morning. The second thing i feel is a arm around my waist. Oh he did not. I mean it's comfy but.. NO.

I turn around and see Pierre is still sleeping and Charles leans in the doorframe. I push Pierre's arm away and my mood is already bad "Get off mate! What the hell stay on your side!". He still hasn't open his eyes so i decide to kick him out of the bed. He lands on the floor "Lia what the hell?". He gets up and wants to throw a pillow at me but i manage to move aside. "Stay on your side and you won't wake up on the floor evil spawn" i say while getting up. "I'll make you and Arthur breakfast now" i give Charles who's still looking at Pierre and me a kiss on the cheek and make my way to the kitchen.

I make pancakes and some eggs with bacon for breakfast because i couldn't decide. The four of us sit down outside on the terrace and have breakfast together.

"Okay what are we doing this summer? I would suggest we dump Gasly in the sea and enjoy every second of it" i say with a big smile on my face. "You could at least try to be nice you know" Pierre says while he sits down next to me. The boys just laugh and i reply "And you could at least try to remember". "Okay that's enough you two are annoying get your shit together because i'm not in the mood to deal with you two fighting all summer." says Charles. All i reply is "Sure.. i'll go for a run now" and leave to change my clothes.

I head downstairs and Arth asks if i want some company but i decline his offer. I just want to get out of here and clear my head. I put my headphones on, get out of the apartment and start running down the street.

I don't know for how long i've been running but i end up at the harbour one of my favorite places at home. I decide to sit down in a cafe in a quiet area, it's always been my favourite. Usually only people who live here knows this place so it's quiet peaceful. I ordered a cappuccino and kept listening to my music to shut everything off.

About 15 minutes later my peace got disturbed by a tall handsome man who seems quiet familiar. "Hey need some company? You look kinda lost" he says with a smile on his face and his blue eyes staring in mine. I smile and put my headphones down "You seem like a good company so why not". He sits down and asks "So what brings you to Monaco?". "I am from here but due to my job i had to move so i'm here visiting my family. What about you?". He smiles at me with the cutest smile ever and just replies that he's also just here to visit some friends.

We keep chatting for a few more minutes till i realise that i haven't introduced myself. "Oh how rude of me i'm Emilia by the way" i say with a smile. He just smiles back and says "Yeah i figured, i'm Mick".

"Okay you scare me how would you know me.. like i mean you seem familiar but-". He interrupts me "I work with Charles and i know Arthur pretty well so i've heard about you"  "Only good things i hope" i say while winking at him. I see how his cheeks turn red a bit, that's probably the cutest things i've ever seen.
"Yeah only good things" he answers before asking me why he's never seen me on track before. "I'm there biggest supporter don't get me wrong.. but.. i'm just scared of seeing them crash or something.. or to meet some people i would rather not see". He laughs "Oh secret ex boyfriends or what?". I remain silent first then i give him a slight smile and answer "Yeah.. well.. it's complicated". His ocean blue eyes are looking in mine and i realise i should better go before i loose my shit, "I think i should go now the boys are probably worried where i've been but it was lovely to meet you.". He gets up too and hugs me "i sacred you off but okay ;) i hope i'll see you around the track soon, beautiful" he smiles at me one last time and leaves then. Well i definitely did not expect that but i wouldn't mind seeing him again.

Back home i find the boys playing Fifa again so i decide to take a shower. Afterwards i change into something comfy and head downstairs.

"Any plans for tonight?" i asked while i grab myself a drink and sit down on the couch. "Boyfriend duties" this answer comes from both of my best friends. "So you'll leave me here alone with Pierre or what ?". Pierre doesn't say anything and just shakes his head laughing but Charles answers with a simple "yes". Well that sounds like a fun night..
