"I'd love to kiss you right now"

I hug Daniel, Scotty and Chloe before I sit down next to Daniel. I've met Chloe before but we didn't really have time to get to know each other well because we usually only saw each other for a few minutes. I liked her so I was very exited to spend my evening with them.

We start off with some drinks and we get along very good. "So Emilia tell me what do you do for living again?" Chloe asks with a sweet smile.

I laugh "well I'm unemployed right now but I work in marketing and management. I worked with Alpha Tauri fashion in Milan as their social media manager but sadly it didn't last that long."

"Oh no what happend?" Chloe asks.

I take a deep breath "life. It's a bit complicated.."

"I didn't wanted to pry I'm sorry"

"No no it's fine" I ensure her with a smile "I send out tons of applications but so far nothing, sadly.. nothing went wrong with Alpha Tauri but one of their clients didn't wanted to work with me due to personal reasons and that made them questioning my skills"

"Who the fuck would do something like that?!"

"Gasly" Daniel answers her.

I playfully punch him against his arm "I tried to not expose him" I say laughing.

"He doesn't deserve you" he says smiling at me. I lean my head against his shoulder smiling.

"He's an ass if he made you loose your job." Chloe says shaking her head.

"Facts" adds Scotty.

"Where did you apply tho?" Daniel asks.

"Some other clothing brands, some ice hockey and basketball teams but also different teams in formula one" i say.

"What teams?!" Scotty asks exited.

"I already got turned down by Mclaren, Aston Martin and Haas. I'm waiting for an answer from Ferrari, Red Bull and Alpine."

"Let me talk to Zak!" Daniel says.

"Ain't no way. I'll talk to my dad you should be at Aston Martin!" Chloe offers.

I laugh "Please don't. I didn't told anyone because I want to make it on my own and if I don't then that's alright."

"I'm sure you'll make it." Daniel says giving me a kiss on my head.

We enjoy our dinner and have a really good time together. After dinner we decide to walk to a bar near by to grab some more drinks.

I feel so comfortable with Daniel,
Scotty and Chloe that I don't want this evening to end.

Seeing Scotty and Chloe together makes me want to have someone by my side...

We all have a few drinks and the alcohol starts to unfolds it's effect.

"C'mon." Daniel says getting up from the bar and taking my hand.

I laugh "what are you doing daniel?!". He pulls me closer to him and wraps his hands around my waist.

"We're dancing"

"But no one else does" I say laughing.

"So?" He asks also smiling.

I shake my head and wrap my hands around his neck. We both look each others in the eyes and smile.

After some time Daniel leans down to me and whispers "God I would love to kiss you right now"

I smile and look back into his eyes "Then why don't you?".

He licks his lips while his eyes wander from my eyes to my lips and back. Then he chuckles "Don't tempt me Mil".

I bit on my lip not breaking the eye contact "you want to.. then why don't you?"

He shakes his head and smiles "Because I think you're not ready and I'm trying to be a good friend"

I smile "you really are..."

"Tell me you want it and I won't hesitate but as long as you don't.. I'm your friend" he says with a wink and a warm smile on his lips.

"I don't deserve you"

"You deserve the world." He kisses my forehead and my heart melts. He's so perfect..

"Lets make a deal" He says after a few minutes and i give him a questioning look which makes him continue "if we both are still single in a year we will try.. us."

I smile "I think that's a good idea..".

We dance for a bit more before we return to Scotty and Chloe. We order a few more drinks which I will definitely regret in the morning. After an amazing night we all walk back to the hotel.

Chloe and I walk in front of the boys so that they can't hear us.

She smiles at me and wraps her arm around my shoulders which causes me to wrap mine around her waist. "Soo are you single?" She asks.

"Why want to come up to my hotel room hottie?" I say laughing.

"Of course" she winks "but I really think you would get along great with my brother" she smiles.

I laugh "trying to play matchmaker already?".

She shrugs "just saying" then she laughs.

"I would love to meet him but I just got out of a kinda toxic situationship so for now I should stay on my own." I smirk at her "find a job and myself you know"

She laughs "Sure! Tell me when I can help you I'm serious about talking to my dad"

"I know but I really have to make it on my own." I say smiling and she nods.

We arrive at the hotel and I hug them all good night. "We really need to do this again guys!" I say looking at the three of them.

"Oh absolutely! We should have a girls day soon!" Chloe says.

"Absolutely I'd love that!" I say with a smile. "I really have to go to bed now I already feel the hungover coming" I say laughing.

"You need help getting to your room?" Scotty asks laughing.

"Nah thanks I'll make it. See you!!" I say before I step into the elevator up to my floor.

I enter the room stumbling over my own feet's. I try to be as quiet as possible because I didn't know if Charles was already asleep.

I get into the bathroom and somehow I managed to get changed and make my self ready for bed.

I walk as quiet as possible to the bed and throw myself on it as I suddenly hear a loud "OUCH!" I jump up, stumble and fall down on the floor.

I hear Charles laugh then he turns the light on. "That's my side little one you can't jump on me in the middle of the night" he says still laughing.

"Upsi sorry" I say also laughing. He helps me back up and we cuddle up in bed.

"How was your night?" He asks.

"Pretty fun. I looooove Chloe! But... "I start and take a deep breath cuddling deeper into Charles chest. "I want what they have.."

"Who?"

"Scotty and Chloe.. they are so cute.. best friends and the loves of their life's.. I want that.."

He strokes my hair "you will find that too little one"

I sigh "I thought I did.."

"With pierre?" He asks carefully.

I shrug "probably just the alcohol speaking.." then i suddenly feel the tears running down my face and I can't do anything against it.

The past weeks I always managed to swallow my pain and I thought I coped good with everything... well here we are.

"Oh Em.." Charles pulls me even closer and tries to comfort me like he always does.

I'm so glad that I can always relay on him..
