Ch. 6 Rescue

Halo POV

I didn't have any idea how long I was in that room. I frequently lost cautiousness as a result of the pain and would awaken in pain. I lost the ability to move my body. All I could feel was pain spreading all over my body. I had second-degree burns all over my body and blood covering every square inch of it. My heart was barely beating inside of me. I was going to die.

The door suddenly slid open, and I heard two sets of footsteps enter the room. I slowly turned to look up and saw Megatron walking alongside a really skinny Decepticon who was painted a dark blue color, much like NightWave, with the exception that he had a full-face visor covering his face.

'Soundwave' I thought. I was immediately familiar with Soundwave and Shockwave because Nightwave had shown me numerous pictures of her brothers.

"How is the integration going?" Megatron asked.

"Bad, Lord Megatron. He won't talk" Knockout replied. Megatron paused to consider it before turning around and advancing.

"If he keeps refusing to speak in the next hour, I give you permission to dispose of him as soon as possible" He stated. My eyes grew wider.

"Are you sure, my Lord?" Knockout asked. He gave a nod. Knockout turned to face me while nodding. I started to freak out, but before the integration could continue, an alarm and a huge explosion could be heard throughout the entire room.

"Grr, what the hell is happening? Soundwave report!" Megatron screamed.

": An introducer has entered the ship, Lord Megatron:" Soundwave responded by displaying a few pictures of an individual moving too quickly for the cameras to capture them. I saw Megatron nod and in order to communicate with everyone on the ship he raised a finger to his head.

"Listen! Destroy or capture the intruder immediately!" He gave a command. He turned to face Starscream and Knockout.

"Starscream, head out to aid in the search" Megatron commanded before facing Knockout, "Knockout, stay, and guard the human." I saw everyone soon leave the room with the exception of Knockout, who remained in the room with a huge weapon that was emitting electricity.

Not sure how long had passed, but a short while later, we heard sounds coming from outside the room. Knockout raised his weapon as he waited for whoever was standing on the other side to open the door.

"Hello...? Starscream...? Lord Megatron? Anyone?" Knockout asked.

Suddenly, the door was blown up and tossed into the air. Knockout was sent flying after being struck by it. After the smoke cleared, I saw none other than NightWave standing at the door after he hit the wall.

": I've come to save you, Halo:" NightWave said before opening fire on Knockout. Knockout quickly ducked under a table for cover. NightWave continued to fire at Knockout while running toward me. I was quickly freed by NightWave, who soon carried me between her gentle servos. A loud gasp of horror came out of her when she saw the stage that I was in. NightWave quickly left the room, leaving Knockout behind.

"N-Night" I mumbled and cracked a weak smile.

": It's alright. Don't talk. Just save it until we get out:" NightWave said. I groaned as I tried to sit up better.

"H-How... you...?" I started, but she quickly cut me off short.

": I was fortunate to stumble upon one of their active mines. I killed one of the guards and requested a Groundbridge using the corpse. After that, I broke into the Decepticons' mainframe and temporarily turned off their cloaking device so the Autobots could track them down. Until...:" NightWave continued to speak until being suddenly stopped when loud shootings were coming from the distance.
