:::Her skin is out of the ordinary.
Her hair is big and curly.
Her lips were big and curvy.
When she speaks, I'm soaring.
She's pretty.
:::
"He like..doesn't speak at all. When I try to get his number, he just looked at me and went back to his drawing or whatever."
"Probably because he doesn't like you. I can understand, look at you. You are hideous."
She gasped. "You take that back, Jin-young!"
"Never," He said, leaning on his chair as he looks at you. He cocked an eyebrow. "Kenya...are you good?"
You didn't respond; just stared out the window as the wind brushed the cherry blossom leaves down to the Earth's surface. You look at the boy underneath the shades of the tree, writing in his notepad in the cool breezy afternoon.
"Hello...? Earth to Kenya?" She said, tapping your shoulder lightly.
"Jihyo, she's already on Earth. She's a country." Jin-young said, rolling his eyes. She punched him in the shoulder, making him grab it and hissed.
"Kenya? What are you looking at..." Jihyo said, looking out the window next to you as she grabbed your shoulders. She gasped. "Oh my god, are you looking at the new student?"
"What? No..." You finally said, turning towards her as your brown fro move along with you.
You were on the fifth floor of the school building. You wore your white and green uniform with a golden Africa shaped necklace. It was 7th period, the class was waiting for their teacher to come in to start working.
"Oh my god, Jin-young, she's looking at the guy who rejected me!"
"Let me see him," Jin-young said, pushing Jihyo out the way to put his chin on your shoulder. "The one writing in the book?"
"Yeah, isn't he pretty?" Jihyo asked.
"Mmm, average."
"Average!?" Jihyo yelled, making some students looking at her weirdly.
"Yeah, I mean...he's a nerd." Jin-young shrugged.
"He's in my art class, on 2B." You spoke, resting your head in the palm of your hand. "He looked at me and started drawing or something. I wanted to see it, but he didn't let me."
"So, he's an asshole?" Jin-young said, patting your back as he fake pouts. "It's okay, Kenya. There's plenty fish in the sea."
You turned to glare at him, your face rested but you gave him a mean look. His mouth gaped opened and shivered a little bit.
"Don't look at him like that or he might run away," He warned, wrapping his arms around himself as he sat next to Jihyo. "She's so scary when she looks at me like that."
"You're just a bitch. She did nothing but glare."
"Exactly."
"Okay, can you both hush?" You said, frowning your eyebrows to look at them.
"Yes ma'am," They said together, saluting as they quietly went back to their seats. You sighed, turned to look at him again but he was gone.
"Damnit..."
