:::She is a written song that's not published.
I stare, I listen, I live...
The rhythm is immaculate
And the words are outstanding.
She is my song I'll listen to on repeat.
On replay.

"Sergeant Dabiku," The Lieutenant said, walking up to your table with his hands behind his back. You stood up and salute, keeping your arms in place as he looks at you. He sighs before looking around. "You may fall out."
"Yes sir?" You asked, respectfully; putting your arm down as you stood straight up. You looked at his facial features, seeing his eyes are puffy and his lips are marked from biting.
His face showed nervousness, constantly looking around and avoiding eye contact with Kesha. "I need you in my office, now."
"Yes sir." You smirked, internally. Walking behind the Lieutenant in the crowded lunch area. You made eye contact with Taehyung and Assa, making a funny face as you know why you were needed in his office. Taehyung did a little dance before Assa slapped the back of his head, pointing with her chin to a very pissed Kesha staring daggers at you.
You walked down the hallway, went down two floors, and finally reached his office. He opened the door for you (which was surprising) and walking in after.
"Now..." He said, closing the door and clearing his throat. "I think we know the reason why you are here."
"I do not follow, sir." You said, pretending to be clueless. He looked at you with a straight face, not believing anything you said. He sighed, walking to his desk with a slump.
"Just call me Liam behind closed doors. I know you have the video." Liam said, looking down as he pinches the bridge of his nose. You smirked.
"Oh, so we're talking about that..." You said, walking to the chairs in front of the Lieutenant's desk and sat down.
"Name it, I know you want something from me. So name it." He said in defeat, finally sitting down on his chair and looked at you.
"Well, since you offered..." You said, sitting up straight. "I only have two things."
Liam looked at you with a blank stare, waiting for you to continue your sentence.
"I don't want to be treated better than everyone else nor my friends. I get that I have vital information on you and your little situation, but I'm not going to use that so I can slack on work."
The Lieutenant frowned, puzzled on your statement. "What are you getting at?"
"Stop discriminating my friends and I because we're from different countries. I might not be American, but my grandfather was and he taught me English since birth." You said, giving him and intense glare. "I'm not even mad at you saying 'nigga', it's the fact you're treating me and my friends different so you can get a 'one and done' in your office."
"N-not so loud, please..." He said, covering his mouth.
"And on top of that too, you have a wife and kids! You are being so disloyal to your family. In my country, we are loyal and stay by their side no matter what; you Americans date one another like cloth, constantly changing." You huffed.
You looked at his family portrait, grabbing it and pointed it towards his face. "Your family is beautiful, why are you doing this?"
He looked at the picture and sighed, scratching the shadow of his beard. There was a long silence in the room before he spoke. "And what's the other thing?"
"Can I be let out around the holidays so I can see my mama and papa?" You said, hesitation in your words.
"Sorry, I can't do that. It's only for higher ranks. You'll have to finish at least four years to have the permission to do so..."
"How can I become a higher rank?"
"Be better than everyone else."
