{ - Xaria's POV - }

The first time I met Acura, I was immediately infatuated with her.

She walked into Aries' living room, beautifully, but she walked around like she didn't know it, shy, stumbling over her words, avoiding eye contact with me.

It was one thing that made me fall for her, she was shy around me. A lot of people weren't, but she was. She blushed all the time and stayed quiet, but she was cute it was fun to get to know her.

I had to push my feelings aside when she got back with her ex-boyfriend and tried to ignore the jealousy I felt as they sat on the couch across from me cuddling.

But that was before she was mine before I waited patiently for a chance for her to fall for me too.

And now I have her and I've never been so happy.

If someone had told me six months ago, I would be dating the sweetest, funniest, and prettiest girl I'd ever seen, I would have laughed in their face.

I'd had girlfriends before, only a few, I thought I was in love, I thought I was happy. But none of them lasted, none of them cared about me as much as Acura does.

I think about her throughout the day so much, I have to stop myself from texting her or calling her simply because I miss her.

It'd only been 2 days since I'd seen her and it feels like an eternity.

My parents were back home all the time which annoyed me because they've been getting more strict about Acura being over, Kani leaving next month, and who the hell knows what Brett is doing with his life.

It was early March though, and I was leaving the house soon, I was going to college, and Acura was too, acceptance letters were coming out in a few weeks, then it would be summer, and then I'd be moving away.

I wasn't prepared for it. I've wanted to graduate high school for so long and all I want to do now is be a kid again. I want to be tormented by my older brothers, and open presents like I was 5.

Instead of living through the past, I focused on everything that was in happening in the present time.

"Guys she's smiling at her phone again." I heard Josie whisper.

The present time is texting Acura at lunch because I miss her so much.

"Earth to Xaria," Aidah waved her hand in front of my face.

"Yea, yea, I'm here," I told them, sending Acura a quick text that I'd hopefully see her later.

"C'mon, you know she's texting her girlfriend." Makena ate some of her fries, reminding me of the burger I had in front of me, and took a bite.

"You guys have sex yet?" Josie asked sipping her soda.
