Ch. 24
After a couple minutes of crying, I picked up my head and looked Noah straight in the eyes.

"I wanna see what was on the phone now." I said.

"Shailey, I already told you that's not a good idea, remember?" Noah said kissing me on the forehead. (I think those kisses are the best.)

"Knowing what people are saying will make it better." I said.

"No, it won't." Noah said.

"Just show me it." I said.

"No." Said Noah.

"Please." I said.
"No." Said Noah. "Remember what happened last time?"

"JUST SHOW ME!!" I yelled.
I grabbed his phone from his pocket. He tried to grab it back, but he was too slow. I looked at what it said and pretended not to be upset.

"I'm good, I'm okay." I said holding back my tears.

"You sure?" Asked Noah.

I knew I should tell him the truth, after all, he does care about me more than anyone.

"Noooo!!!" I started bursting into tears.

"I told you not to Shailey." Said Noah hugging me.

" I just don't understand why these people hate me so much. I never did anything to them." I sniffed and put my head back on Noah's chest.

"I don't know why those people hate you so much either, but it'll get better." Said Noah.

"But when?" I asked.

Noah didn't respond.

I brought Noah into my house. We sat on the couch together. We watched tv and he basically kept me from trying to kill myself again. Every time I tried to get up he held me towards him.

"I have to use the bathroom." I said.

"Well, you're gonna have to hold it for twenty four hours." he said, being dead serious.

"But I have to go, like really bad." I said in my little kid voice.

"Shailey, the doctor said you can't go anywhere by yourself for twenty four hours." he said sternly.

"But Noah!!" I argued.

"You know what," he said, "fine, I'll just stand by the door."

"Okay" I agreed.

When I got into the bathroom I closed the door. I muttered something and then, there was a loud thud.

"Shailey!?!" yelled Noah.
