"Noah, noah!! Pick up the phone." I screamed at the phone.

"What Shailey?" He answered. "I am on my way."

"You're not my dad anymore, you're my uncle." I said in a hurry.

"Okay. That's great. Be there soon. Love you." He said.

"Love you too. Bye! Thanks!" I said.

I looked really bad today. I had on very baggy sweatpants and my UGG boots with long striped socks. I was wearing my glasses and my hair was in a messy pony tail. I was wearing a short sleeve shirt with my favorite college team on it.

Noah showed up and I ran to him and hugged him.

"Uncle..uh...Jim!! You're here. Please sign these papers and get me out of here." I begged him.

"Alright, alright. Don't get your undies in a bundle." He said. He walked up to the desk.
"I'm Shailey's uncle, I am here to sign some release papers."

The lady at the desk examined Noah carefully. I didn't think she bought it.

"Just fill out these papers with all of Shailey's information, accurately, and she'll be free to go." She said.

I thought to myself "I can't believe he bought that."

Noah took a seat in the waiting room and started to fill out the information.

"Umm, I think I'm done!" Said Noah excitedly, a half and hour later.

I was sitting next to him the whole time and helped him fill out the papers.

"Yeah, you are. 52 questions done." I said laughing.

Noah walked to the front desk and handed the lady the finished papers.

"All questions answered?" She asked him pulling down her glasses.

"All questions done!" He said.

"Alright then, we'll have Shailey out of here in no time." Said the lady "take a seat in the waiting room, again, please."

Noah came back and took a seat next to me.

"I can't believe they actually bought all this." I whispered into his ear.

"Me either." Said Noah.

"Thank you." I said "For doing all this for me."

"No problem. You're the best niece I've ever had." Noah said laughing and nudging my arm.

I started laughing too.

"Shailey, Shailey's uncle, please come here." Said the lady at the front desk.

Noah and I slowly approached the desk, she didn't look happy.

"Do you think we're stupid?!?" She asked us.
