"ARCHIE!!" I screamed as my legs went out from under me only to get caught by Vax.

"He's gone Ophelia. Come on!" Vax said as he pulled me along, I barely even noticed that Percy was getting pulled along by Vex. Eventually I started running on autopilot and started running by everyone. "Just keep coming." Vax said as we stopped from another horde of zombies in front of us.

"I've got this. Everyone stay back!" Keyleth said as she walked in front of the group, her staff then glowed green before she struck out her
hand and an ice wind blew towards the zombies that were coming towards us.

"Damn." Vax said in appreciation.

"No, no. Come on please." I head Keyleth say to herself, "I need more!" She pulled her hand back and not only did her staff start glowing white, but her hand, and I assume her eyes. Before holding out her hand again yelling as a more powerful ice blast came from her freezing the zombies officially that were in front of us.

"Kiki!" Vax said running up and kneeling next to her as she fell to her knees. "Where did that come from?" He asked.

"Not really sure." She said looking up at Vax as he stared at her with admiration.

"Have I mentioned how amazing you are?" Vax asked and I looked away to Percy who still seemed out of it also. Grabbing his hand lightly I twined my fingers with his and pulled him gently as we started running the other direction as Vex got the other two to follow us.

We got to the Sun Tree meeting up with other rebels as everyone sat and took a breather and Percy and I sat to the side heads hung from our loss of Archie, as Cass walked up to us and leaned on the tree behind us.

"Archie... He didn't make it." I heard Percy say to Cass, as I bit my tongue to keep from letting out a sob as tears filled my eyes.

"We heard..." She said softly, "Now it's your turn to lead them."

"It can't be me, Cassandra. I'm not a leader. I ran." He said with resignation in his voice.

"But you're here now." Cass said to him, "You and Ophelia are here now. Yours wasn't the only life shattered that day. We're all here. The time is now. No one else can do this."

"Ophelia, love." Percy said gently and held out his hand to me, "It's time we tell them who we are."

"I'm with you, love. Right by your side." I said as I placed my hand in his and he helped me stand wiping the tears from my eyes and before we walked down to talk to everyone he gently reached toward my neck and pulled out the chains of my necklace.

"Before we tell them, and before we possibly die a horrible death, I would love for you to put your rings back on." Percy said as he disconnected the chain from my neck dropping the rings in his hand as he looked at me, with an almost scared look, like asking this was more terrifying than us facing the zombies. "If you want to that is."

"Of course, Percy." I said with a smile shaking my head lightly. "I wouldn't dream of turning down wearing your ring again." With that he slipped the rings onto my ring finger, my Alastair family ring first then the betrothal ring a fitting match.

"Let's go tell them then." Percy said kissing my hand gently right over the rings, before leading me down to the group of people as he spoke. "I am Lord Percival Fredrickstein von Musel Klossowski de Rolo III! And this is Ophelia Iris Alastair! On the day the Briarwoods took Whitestone, I watched my family die. Despite my desire for vengeance, I fled, with the help of my betrotheds' father."

"After we helped him flee, the Briarwoods came for us! I was able to escape in the night thanks to my mother. I watched one of our most trusted soldiers die. Fear kept me from returning to our home, just as fear kept Percy from returning home as well." I spoke up after Percy holding his hand a little tighter.
