"I don't know what to get." Cassie looks through the menu.

"Get whatever you want. Seriously, we're literally rich." I scoff at her.

"Who's we?" Karl furrows his eyebrows. "You are rich. I was surprised a rich guy like you met a guy like me at a fucking club. I was in depth, Nicholas. Thank fuck I'm not dead yet, I would have probably starved a week later if I hadn't met you." He rolls his eyes.

"Did you just admit to using me to my face?"

"Babe, I'm not using you. I'm just telling you how you saved a boy's life with paying for a hundred expensive meals."

Cassidy looks at us confused, biting her bottom lip to stop herself from laughing. She turns away and looks around us, pretending to not have heard a thing.

"I'm going to end you when we get home." I whisper in his ear jokingly.

"Hm? In what way?" He smirks and bites his lip, whispering back.

I roll my eyes and smile as he turns away, giggling. I slide a hand down his thigh, switching his mood immediately as his eyes widen and his face blushes a deep red.

A waiter suddenly approaches us, karl slaps my hand away but I don't move it, I hold it tighter and squeeze on his thigh instead.

"What can I get for you gentlemen and this young lady right here?" The waiter smiles kindly at Cassidy.

"Uh-" she turns to Karl. "Can I get a burger?" She whisper-yells.

He shrugs. "Why are you asking me? Get a fucking burger if you want a fucking burger."

She turns back to the waiter happily. "Can I get an impossible burger?"

"Good choice." He suddenly turns to us. "What about you gentlemen?"

"I'll get a medium rare steak." Karl smiles, turning to me. He gets the most expensive thing on the menu to bother me. Not that I mind it, I just think it's stupid that he tries so hard to spend my money.

"I'll get the same." I say, smirking and smacking him on the arm.

"Anything else?" The waiter writes it down.

Karl and I both turn to Cassie, she simply shakes her head no and the waiter walks off.

"You, Bitch!" Karl punches my arm, making me laugh. "I wanted you to start crying for going broke!"

"You won't ever see me do that, sweetheart." I pout my lips at him and blow a kiss. "Never expect a rich man to cry for money, I'm richer than your whole clan combined."

"Pardon?" He blinks at me.

I sit back in my place, not bothering to argue with him.

Cassie just looks around the place, looking excited.

"Why do you look so, excited?"

"I don't think I've had any real food in so long." She chuckles.

I turn to Karl in confusion for a second, "what is that supposed to mean?" I scoff nervously.

"I mean;" she uses her hands to talk. "The last time I had food, was like 8 weeks ago."

"You've been counting?" Karl blinks.
