I don't know if I should cry or start yelling or start laughing. Any could work in this situation, but I'm seriously so confused.

Everybody is staring at me. Cassidy turns to me like she already knows what's happening.

I'm scared of Karl. I'm not scared of him, im scared of what he has to say.

Now I'm realising, that I never told him.

The person stands infront of me, stopping in his place as if he expected a better reaction from me.

I shake my head, tears forming in my eyes. I refuse to believe this is happening, it cannot be happening, it's not possible.

Without thinking, I pull him into a tight hug and start crying. I don't realise I've started crying until the moment I feel my chest tightening.

"Aiden," I whisper quietly.

Somebody gasps from the crowd, I can tell it's George.

Aiden hugs me back, I can feel him smiling into my shoulder.

Though he's tall, he's obviously not as tall as me. He's too young, he's barely grown.

His hair is long and tied up into a little bun from the back as two strands fall out from the front. His tanned skin looking darker than the last time I saw him. The dark brown eyes that he got from my mom still have those sparks in them.

"Nicholas," he scoffs and smacks me on the back, pulling away.

It's kind of embarrassing that I'm crying, because I know that he'll start laughing at me.

And I was right. "What is this reaction, big man?" He smacks me harder the second time, "grow the fuck up, nick."

"Fuck you, I thought you were dead." I wipe my eyes and slap his arm, almost gasping when my hand start aching because of his muscles.

"What the fuck is this?" I snatch his arm and punch it multiple times.

"You don't like my guns?" He pouts jokingly and slaps his own biceps, laughing.

I turn to everyone behind us, Karl watching us with a smile on his face but still looking confused.

"Karl- I uh-" I fidget with my fingers. "This is Aiden. He's-" I turn to Aiden who's nodding his head for me to go ahead. "He's my brother." I smile, hoping for the best reaction from Karl.

He just blinks multiple times as he's dreaming, but he starts smiling once he realises that he's not.

"Aiden, Karl is my boyfriend."

He gasps dramatically, a hand slapping over his chest. "You're gay?!"

"Um, hello?" A brunette girl from behind Aiden says. "It's kind of fucking obvious."

"I'm sorry, who are you again?" I interrupt.

"Ela." She smiles and holds her hand out. "I'm a friend of Aiden's."

I Take her hand and nod. "Nicholas, or nick."

"I know." She grits her teeth, rolling her eyes as she looks away.

These kids have attitudes.

"What about your other friends?"

"Aha-" Aiden says, pointing to a dark skinned boy with braided hair. He's really handsome, sweet looking. He's got light blue braces and a wide, genuine smile. "This is Asher, my best friend." He slaps him on the back.

"Hey," he clicks his tongue, nodding his head.

"This is cleo." He nods at the girl who's holding Asher's hand. She smiles at me kindly and holds her hand out, which I take without hesitation.
