15. A Cloud on the Horizon

Taehyung cautiously left his room and headed for the bathroom. He did his best not to make a sound. Soon, he reached the bathroom, but before he could grab the doorknob, the door opened with a bang, and he stepped back as he stopped breathing at the sight of a naked boy who soon appeared.

Jungkook walked past Taehyung and going to the kitchen without even giving him a glance who turned away in embarrassment. Water was still dripping from his hair, and a towel was draped over his shoulders, but he was obviously naked. Jungkook laughed at Taehyung when he felt that he was startled and couldn't breathe properly. For a moment, he thought that the appearance of a naked man would not be unfamiliar to Taehyung, and Jungkook was really pathetic and hated himself for thinking that way from him. However, Jungkook did not reveal his feelings at all and took out mineral water from the refrigerator with a cold expression on his face. As if he didn't care about Taehyung at all, he still didn't even give Taehyung a single glance and gulped down the water. And when he looked back at the sudden feeling of emptiness, Taehyung had already disappeared into the bathroom. Damn-  he bit his lip involuntarily. He was well aware that it was he who kept his distance from Taehyung these days. But he was so resentful of Taehyung, who didn't even try to come close to him. He is kind to others, just not me -  Jungkook was dissatisfied with everything.

Taehyung locked the bathroom door and took a deep breath. In fact, until recently, seeing someone naked was pretty much his routine, and it didn't give him anything special. However, Taehyung could not help but be taken aback by the sudden appearance of a naked Jungkook. It wasn't just embarrassing. To be honest, a situation like this made him very uncomfortable. Is it because of the memories that he doesn't want to recall but are still hidden inside him? Taehyung sighed and looked in the mirror, but immediately turned his head away. His face, reflected in the still steamed mirror, seemed human to his eyes for a moment, but soon it was distorted beyond recognition. And he didn't have the confidence to face it. Taehyung bit his lower lip and held back tears as he tries to relax his breath.

It wasn't a problem just these days. Suddenly, his world was filled with faceless people. And in the meantime, he had never been curious about the faces of those he had to face. But lately, he was feeling sad about it sometimes. As he became curious about the faces of those who cared for him, he felt resentful of his condition. No one told him exactly what had happened to him. Hoseok said he had been in an accident, but he could only guess that it wasn't general accident. If he's not an idiot, how could he not know? Although he had never had any sexual experience, he had a vague idea of ​​what the state of his body meant.

Hoseok was the only one who visited his hospital room until he was able to get up. Does his family know about him? Are they looking for him? However, his body still hadn't fully recovered and he didn't even have the strength to get up even though his feet were on the ground. His condition was, indeed, perfectly suited to commit suicide. And, Taehyung's breathing stopped for a while. Apparently his consciousness was clouded. However, Hoseok, who had visited him just in time, brought him back from the dead with CPR, and similar situations that recurred for a while made it difficult for them. Taehyung had to hear all kinds of swear words in the world from Hoseok every time, and he resented and blamed Hoseok for saving him.

When Jimin's sweet giggling and Jin's warm voice came to mind, Taehyung suddenly laughed bitterly. At that time, Hoseok told him to survive. There was no doubt that without Hoseok, the boy who can't even remember his name would have disappeared from this world a long time ago. And Taehyung finally seemed able to say thank you to Hoseok who had persuaded him at that time.
