"Jungkook, would you like to go on a trip? Nearby or to some warm foreign country-"

Yoongi didn't expect an answer from him, but he couldn't help but sigh when he saw Jungkook's lack of even the slightest movement. He even doubted whether Jungkook was resting properly.

"Kook, you haven't left your room for over a week. You know that?"

"It's vacation... What's wrong with staying in the room..."

Even as he spoke in a hoarse voice, Jungkook didn't move at all and just lay down with his head buried in the back of the sofa. He was crouching with his arms crossed. Looking at Jungkook like that for a while, Yoongi lowered his head and let out another sigh.

As the final exams ended and winter vacation began, Jungkook was isolating himself in his room. He neglected eating nor sleeping. Yoongi bought his favorite food and drink for him, but none of it made him any good. His unusually tidy room was a mess with things he had randomly piled up, but Jungkook didn't seem to care about anything. And, Jungkook was often dazed and rarely spoke now, which was what worried Yoongi the most.

"Hey boss~ Aren't you being too stingy with us? Neither I nor Namjoon can do anything when you're like this. Don't say you don't know-"

Even though he knew that whatever he said would not affect Jungkook's heart in the slightest, Yoongi wanted to make him feel even a little bit of emotion. These days, Jungkook is really lethargic to the extent that Yoongi can't handle it.

"It's vacation... you don't know what vacation is? Just... don't do anything..."

What does it mean to do something, I can't meet him or talk to him...

I'm tired of everything...

Jungkook hunched his shoulders and closed his eyes. During the school year, he could secretly follow and watch Taehyung. The inside and outside of the school were always crowded with students, and he could hide among the students anywhere and watch Taehyung unnoticed.

But now things were different...

Now Jungkook couldn't see Taehyung unless he went to Hoseok's cafe. As soon as vacation came, the shops in front of the school became empty, and Hoseok's cafe was no exception. It was clear that anyone could easily notice him if he sitting in a dog cafe without a pet, where only regular customers visited. Jungkook didn't want Taehyung to notice his presence because he knew he didn't want him around. And it was making his heart sink.

And when it was impossible to even secretly watch Taehyung anymore, Jungkook felt no meaning in even breathing.

Tae... I miss you...

Not wanting to let Yoongi know he was crying, Jungkook leaned his forehead against the back of the sofa, hiding his face, and hunched his shoulders even more, covering his face.

I miss you, I miss you... I miss you, Tae...

How long should I repeat this?

Is there no chance for us, to go back to the way we used to be...?

Maybe it was better when I was in frustration that he left me...

Was it my daydream that I thought I had you back...

No, no... I'm just glad I was able to get you out of there...

I'm glad you got your name back...

I'm so glad... you can live a normal life...

I should be happy with that, Just with that...
