Sa kagustuhang makalimot sa kanyang masakit na nakaraan, ay nagpakalayo si Daniah upang makapag simula ng bagong buhay. Malayo sa lugar kung saan sya natutong umibig at sinaktan ng lalaking una nyang minahal.

"Kuya Aleeex!" she screamed. But I knew there's nothing we can do. If only she's not with me, I swear I have finished him off. But I have to keep my angel to safety. Though I am in a wrath for what he'd done to her. I needed to get her out of here. Hindi ko papayagan na makuha pa siya uli ng hayup na lalaking yun. She suffered enough. She has been hurt so bad. Because of him. Because of his fucked up brain. Because of his greediness.
"Run! Run Xavier! You fucking coward! Run as much as you want! You know I will find you! And I will kill both of you and that bitch!" I heard him screaming. Almost like a madman.
"M-Mr. Romano, balikan natin siya, kailangan niya ng tulong, please b-balikan natin siya.." Tugging my hand, I look at her crying, and it hurts me to see her pleading for someone she just met.
"Hey..hey..listen..we cannot go back in there, I cannot risk your life. I just can't.." I said while holding her tear stained face.
"P-Pero si Kuya Alex.." she kept insisting, looking back from where we left Alex.
"Daniah..we cannot do anything. It's too late. He risked his life for you! Huwag mong sayangin ang itinaya niya para sayo!" I said firmly holding her shoulders. Covering her mouth, she cried silently, seemingly unable to believe what was really happening. I pulled her for a hug. I can't stand seeing her liked this. She was so fragile that she should never be in this chaos.
I had respect for Alex, for what he did. He was actually the one who called us, and tell where Daniah was. He said he had kept her safe, and that she was waiting for me. At first I thought it was a bait since we learn that he's one of Johansson's man. But I am desperate to get her. It's been three days, so I had to trust him or else it would be late for me, which I hope not. "We have to keep going. Marami pang nagkalat na tauhan si Johansson dito. Let's go.." I pulled her hand and led her to the secret path that Alex himself showed me earlier. As we walk through the dark hallway, I can still hear her sobbing.
"Were near the exit, but we still need to cross the woods to reach the car.." I told her, tilting my head.
"Can you still walk? Or you want me to carry you?" I asked her.
"K-kaya ko pa.." she replied sobbing.
"Daniah..please..stop crying..nothing will happen if you keep crying.." I said stopping once again to face her.
"H-hindi k-ko m-mapigilan..P-pasensya na.." I sighed. She didn't really know when to say sorry. She always say's sorry even if it wasn't her fault. She was still trembling with fear, and startled everytime a gunshot rang out. Circling my arm on her shoulders. I glanced at the old abandoned building and sighed once again. I hope all of the men are safe.
Eagles Eye Team were all well trained, from weapons, field and combat skills, even knife skills. The ones that has the tech skills were left to work either on the agency, or at the car when we need to track or hack real time. I know they can accomplish this mission, especially this mission involves me. I asked them to bring the fucker alive. Because I really want him to suffer as much as I did. I want him to feel the pain I felt when they ruined our family, and lastly, I want him to pay for what he did to Daniah. No one could ever hurt her. No one. I was distracted from my deep thoughts when two small arms suddenly wrapped around my waist. Oh..she's tired. As we entered the woods,I kissed her head and pulled her to sit into a large tree roots.
"B-baka maabutan nila tayo, k-kaya ko pang maglakad.." she shook her head and said hesitantly.
"Sit..were a bit far.." I said while helping her to sit. As I watch her move, she sighed and and look at me.
"Bakit?" there's a sadness in her voice.
"What why?" I replied leaning on the trunk of the tree.
"Bakit ka nandito, bakit kayo nandito?" she asked in a trembling voice. I know she's gonna cry again.
"Hindi niyo ba alam kung gaano ka delikado ang pinasok nyo? Hindi basta bastang tao si John! Nakita mismo ng dalawang mata ko kung gaano siya kalupit. Naranasan ko!" Was she angry now? Because her voice was still soft and like a music to my ear.
"Isinama mo pa ang mga kaibigan mo..paano kung mapahamak rin sila? Paano kung hindi sila makalabas doon ng buhay? Hindi kakayanin ng konsensya ko kapag nangyari yun ng dahil sakin.." shaking her head,she covered her face with her tiny hands. Oh..my angel still doesn't get it, didn't she?
"I told you I was coming to get you.." I said. It was actually not a big issue.
"Pero bakit? Bakit nga!?" Did she really raised her voice on me? What part of I told you I was coming to get you, she did not understand?
"Hindi kita naiintindihan. Hindi ko naiintindihan kung bakit. Kung bakit hindi mo na lang ako hinayaan. Wala namang mawawala sayo kung hinayaan mo na lang ako. Hindi naman tayo magkakilala. Hindi tayo magka ano ano.." Fuck! I'm getting pissed.
"At bakit mo isusuong sa panganib ang sari-" this angel is really getting into my nerves now.
"Because I don't want to lose you!" I cut her off.
"Magtagalog ka nga! Hindi mo ba alam kung gaano kahirap intindihan yang english mo!?" Wow. She's got something. Why is she so grumpy?
"Daniah..please not now..when we get out here, I will tell you everything..just..not now, ok?" Kneeling infront of her, and tried to touch her face, but she avoided my hand.
"Bakit? Ano ba ang pinagkaiba ng ngayon, at sa mamaya kung sasabihin mo ri-" She won't really stop, so I made her stop, by sealing her lips with a kiss and I can't help but smile while kissing her.
"There!" I said breathlessly, not wanting to break the kiss.
"B-Bakit mo ginawa yun?" she said wiping her lips.
"Why?" I replied with a slight smile.
"T-tatlong araw na akong hindi nag tu-toothbrush.." she bowed her head, the back of her hand still covering her soft lips, I bet she's also blushing.
"If I have a chance, I will do it again. And I like it..now come on, we have to conti-" I stopped the moment I heard a crackling sound. I motioned Daniah to keep quiet, and listen carefully.
"Whoever you are, come out now!" I know there's someone hiding somewhere.
"M-Mr. Romano.." Daniah whispered, as she stood up from being seated. I hushed her by putting my index finger on my lips.
"If you don't come out, I will make you come out myself.." I warned.
But no one came out, so I reached out for Daniah's hand and when we're about to leave, we heard something fell from nowhere. I tightened my grip on Daniah's hand.
"Ouch..Oh my God!" I heard a familiar voice. I glanced Daniah, who's I think was starting to get scared again.
I narrowed my eyes on the figure behind us. I knew something was not right. Why is she here? What the fuck is she doing here? It seems that Daniah also recognized her.
"Uh..M-Ms. Christine?" Yeah. So I guess, this bitch was his ally.
