Chapter 29

"Let's do all the bad things"

I had not even filled my lungs properly and his words made me go breathless again. Saying that his lips were back on mine made my eyes wide at his eagerness. His full lips were pressed to mine. My eyes were wide open like a sausage. His hands moved all over my body. It felt like he was trying to quench something. My eyes which were wide a few seconds ago because of utter surprise were now closed tightly. His rough fingers were tracing all my body parts. I was trying to process his hand's movement and was failing at it very badly. His every stroke on my body was making my mind go blank. 

"Open your mouth tiny this is not enough for me" he whispered those words on my lips making my heart skip a beat. Suddenly I remembered the day when he confessed to me on the same kitchen counter. He demanded the same thing from me. The only difference was at that time he thought I was a man and now he knows I'm a woman. Was he making me remember what I have done in my past? Was it his way of making me preamble how I fooled him? Or I was just exaggerating it. All things ran in front of my eyes. How I found him with Alice and how I made up my mind I will go back home and here I was again in front of him. I felt so overwhelmed I don't know why. I sniffed and it made him stop kissing me. He again made an inch distance between us. 

"Why are you crying? I have still not done enough to make you cry" he questioned me with his grey eyes looking down at me. 

"Why do you want to marry me?" I questioned him while looking him straight in the eye. Tears fell out of my eyes freely. My question made him stop smirking.  

"Haven't I told you before that I don't need to give justification to you for my actions?" he said, bringing back the smirk which was lost a few seconds ago. It had now evil glint to it. He again gave me the same answer. I shook my head to myself while swallowing the bitterness that formed in my mouth. I knew he wouldn't tell me that straight away. 

"Do you love Alice?'' I asked the less simple question which was on the tip of my tongue from the moment I saw him with her. If he answers this then I will know what place I exactly have in his life. A tear again slipped out of the corner of my left eye. The smirk on his lips deepened when he heard my question. He kept both of his hands beside me on the kitchen counter and leaned. His small body movement made goosebumps form all over my body. The tip of his nose traced a line from my exposed neck to my jaw until our noses collided making a big lump form in the base of my throat. Our lips brushed with each other once again making me open and close my eyes at his teasing movement. My chest was heaving with all his small movements making me anticipate what he would do next to make me crumble under his touch. But instead of connecting our lips. He moved his mouth near my ear. 

"Do you really want to know my answer? Are even prepared to hear it" he said those words. I could sense a warning in them and it made me bite my lower lip. My heart was beating fast in anticipation of what his answer would be. What if he has a feel for her? After all, she was the one to whom he went after knowing my truth. She comforted him when he wanted it so much. The more I thought, the more I felt the burden of my question. 

"What if I say I like her," he said, making my heart sink into my stomach. He was now looking at me. I lifted my tear-filled eyes to look at him. "What's there not to like in her? She is innocent" he said while his grey eyes moved all over my face. 

"She is bountiful. She has a very cute smile. Her nose wrinkles when she smiles and very cute dimples form on her cheeks when she is mad" he said in his raspy voice while touching my cheeks. 

"And my favourite thing is," he said those words and his eyes dropped to my slightly parted lips. 

"She has full lips that I want to kiss every day," he said the last part while moving his thumb on my swollen lips. He swallowed hard making his Adam's apple bob when he said that. He likes so many things about her. He had not even looked at me properly and was describing her beauty in detail. 

"She is perfect! After all, she doesn't go dressed up as a man to fool someone to play with their feelings," he said, words looking straight into my eyes, making more tears form in them. He chooses to taunt me again. He had a full list of compliments for her and only taunts for me. I glared at him with tear-filled eyes while biting on my lower lip. He sniffed the air beside me unfazed by my glares. 

"Why do I smell like something is burning?'' he said while looking straight into my eyes with a big grin plastered on his lips. He buried his nose in my neck and again sniffed. 

"It's you. It's coming from you" he said with a big grin on his face while moving his face out of my neck. Those words were the last straw to my anger. I ground my teeth In pure anger. 

"Then leave me alone and go get married to her'' I said furiously while pushing him away from me. I'm not going to stay here for a second more. With all my strength I tried to push him away but he was making it hard for me by not budgeting a bit from his place. A huge grin was stuck to his lips even after hearing my words. It made me even more furious. I started throwing my hand on his chest with more strength but he was unfazed by it. Instead, suddenly he lifted me on his shoulder making me gasp loudly. 

"Let me down" I screamed while throwing my hands on his back. But he still didn't let me down. He walked casually like it did not affect his back. I almost screamed and gasped at the same time when he threw me down on the bed. My body bounced up a bit when it collided with the soft material of the bed. Looking down at me he started unbuttoning his shirt with a smirk on his lips making my body go stiff and my stomach scrunch. 

"Not a bad idea but I have already married you"
