But when I walked out of it, a gasp left my mouth.

Everything was lit up with small bulbs. even the big coconut trees and small shrubs around the villa. There was a path with small bulbs showing the path. I walked on it while softly pulling my dress up a little. I was eager to see where it took me. I was even more surprised when I saw what was at the end. A beautiful table was set, and the head chef was standing there wearing a white button-up shirt and white trousers with both hands in his pocket. If someone sees us, they will think we have planned on wearing white. His hair ruffled with the wind, making him look so handsome. His white button-up shirt was a little sheer. I could see the lining of his built-up body. He looked so handsome. I smiled at him, and he gave me his sexy smile. The way his grey eyes moved all over my frame made a butterfly erupt in the pit of my stomach. He put out his hand, and I placed mine on his. He immediately held it tightly.

"When did you plan this?" I questioned it, looking all around with a big smile still on my face. I never imagined him as the romantic type. I was so impressed. Never has someone made an effort for me. He pulled me towards him, making my front clash with his hard chest. He joined our foreheads, making my heart beat.

"I did it when my sleepy-headed wife was busy in her dreamland," he teases in his husky voice, making my face turn a little beetroot. Something happened in my stomach when I heard the raspiness in his voice. He was taking deep breaths of my scent, sending shivers down my spine. He traced a line on my cheeks, his nose tip still breathing deeply. His wet lips left butterfly kisses on my jaw, making me grip his shirt tightly. His lips didn't stop there but continued to trace the path of the butterfly kiss on the length of my neck. He sucked on the base of my neck, and my body trembled in his hold.

"You are looking so fucking gorgeous," he mumbled those words, making my hands crumble even more on his shirt. I was not even wearing any makeup, and he was saying I was looking gorgeous. He had not openly complimented me like that.

"Fuck," he cursed under his breath as his hold went strong around me.

"Let's eat our dinner," he said in his slightly controlled voice, moving away from me. One second, he was standing so near me, and now he had made a one-hand distance between us. I gave him a small smile and a nod. He pulled a chair for me, and I sat on it. The table was decorated so nicely with scented candles covered in glass-like pots to protect them from the air. with white flowers around It looked very aesthetic.

"Did you like it?" he asked, following my gaze.

"It's very beautiful," I said with a big grin on my face, looking at all the decorations and efforts he had put in.

"Thank you," he said while acting to wipe off invisible sweat from his forehead. It made me giggle, looking at his carefree nature. There was no sign of anger or revenge on his face. He was being himself with me. I would love to see him more like this. He gestured for someone, and someone came with a bottle of wine for us. He opened it and poured it into our glass. He raised his glass once the man walked away, keeping the bottle on the table. I raised my glass too.
