Lena's: POV
It was early Saturday morning when my phone rang Stef who was sound asleep beside me. I slipped out of bed and put on my robe to cover my naked body, l headed downstairs to answer the phone. Hello Lena foster Adams speaker, l said to the person on the receiver. Yes Ms. Foster Adams this is the nurse from the 24/4 hour clinic she said to me, okay how can I help you. Lena used her professional voice when speaking, your came in and sherry took some blood. I have the results right here in front of me, l can tell you over the phone or you can come down to our office and we can speak in the person here l am rambling on and on. My name is Misty she says to me, l wish she could get straight to the point Lena tells herself. Misty l prefer you let me know the News over the phone please
Lena replied politely, very well the test results came back and confirmed with the symptoms you've been experiencing. Your pregnant Misty informed me, Ms. Foster Adams it's important you follow up with your OB as soon as possible. You can go to any drug store to get some prenatal vitamins, and start taking them soon also l'll be sending this report to your primary doctor. Misty Stated, thanks so much for calling me Lena ends the call, Lena was to excited to realize that her wife had just come down the steps. Baby is everything okay l heard you talking on the phone Stef asks Lena, babe everything's fine that was the nurse calling to tell me. Honey where gonna have a baby Lena bursts into tears, oh my God love this is wonderful. Stef picks Lena up in her arms and plant kisses all over her face
Lena was to over come with emotion to talk at the moment, Stef put Lena back on the floor. They went to have a seat on the couch, Lena quickly pulled herself together. I need to get dressed and go to the pharmacy to pick up some vitamins Lena says to me, baby calm down we have all day to go there. Just sit awhile and take a deep breath, l know your brain is in over drive. After receiving the best news of our lives, their are some things we need to discuss. Number one you and our unborn child is top priority as of now, l don't want getting stressed out
Number two make sure to listen to your body and last please don't overdo it. Stef explains to me if your expecting to sit behind by my desk at work the whole nine months, you know my job requires me to move around. Stefanie Lena knows how over protective her wife can be at times, baby that's not what l'm saying
I just don't want you over exerting  yourself that's all l am trying to say maybe it all came out the wrong way
Stef tries to get her wife to understand her point of view. Anything else you want to do Stefanie, Lena knows she's been unreasonable. Stef refused to give into Lena's stubbornness, look love l'm not trying to tell you what to do. And l will try take it easy for your sake and this baby's sake, l hate when you get all philosophical on me Lena replies. Let me make you some breakfast, Stef gets up and goes into the kitchen and prepares breakfast for her and Lena to eat. Lena heads upstairs to get a shower,
