Lena's: POV
We're back at the cabin again
We postpone our trip to Disney world
Because Grace suddenly came down with a cold. After receiving her immunizations a few days ago
Hope was feeling fine, Francesca and Stef were outside getting some firewood for the fireplace. Cocoa and snowy were sitting at my feet, after putting hope down for her afternoon nap. I had just finished giving Grace a warm chamomile bath, hopefully it helps bring her fever down some
We always knew it was a slight chance that the girls would become sick after receiving their three month old shots, l feel like a bad mommy
Because I didn't see the signs she was getting sick. Stef says l shouldn't beat myself up about it, l can't help but to blame myself. I made sure to pack the children's Tylenol before we left the house, grace won't nurse for nothing
So I held her in my arms and sung her to sleep, she's trying to fight going to sleep. It's okay baby mommy's got you
I stare into her gray eyes, she turns her head and looks at cocoa at the moment, hope is the one who wakes up at 7 every morning and Grace gets up at 7:30. One who sleeps like the dead, and the other one tries to stay up late. I have them both on a schedule, Francesca l don't even have to say a word about bedtime. She's in bed every night at 8pm sharp Grace finally drifts off to sleep, l stood up and laid her down in the bassinet
I covered up her Winnie the Pooh receiving blanket. Hope kicked hers off, she sleeps wild like Stef she has the same mannerisms as her mama such as her nose and smile, my other girls walk through the door carrying firewood. Mommy we brought the Wood, after mama had to use the axe to chop down some, Francesca said
I gave Stef a look you need to be careful out there cutting down wood with that sharp axe. Lena replies
Francesca takes off her coat, alright little miss why don't go on up and wash up for lunch. I whipped up your favorite grilled cheese and chicken noodle soup, since it's a day outside
Maybe tomorrow mama could take you down to the spa resort and let you ride the bunny slope Lena loves seeing the smile on Francesca's face
Nana and poe poe might drive up for a visit and stay overnight Lena says
Really mommy are they actually going to come to the cabin, we have all these empty rooms. Mama told me that if I behave, l get to help her decorate the rec room Francesca spills
Oops sorry mama the little six year old little girl blurts out without realizing it, it's okay baby mommy's not mad are you honey Stef asked
