I woke up from my nap feeling refreshed after massage at the spa
Leaving my body nice and relaxed
I got out bed to use the bathroom
After I was through handling my business. I went downstairs to see what my lovely wife whipped up to eat, Stef was in the living room looking at something on the TV
Hey baby how was your nap she said to me. It would have been if you were sleeping beside me Lena responds
I'm sorry love, oh love l'm sorry Stef replied. What have you been up to while I was resting hun Lena asks
I made a pot of homemade vegetable soup and biscuits from scratch Stef replied, sounds good Lena Stated
I can go heat it up for you if you want
Stef tells Lena. I'll have some in a little while, you know how we've been talking about getting a vacation home some place nice away from home
Stef begins to explain. Stephanie Marie Adams foster what have you done, Lena asked Stef. When l speak to the lady about renting this cabin
She told me she was selling it. So l informed her we were looking for a spot to go to when we wanted to get away from the city, she told me the price she wanted for the cabin
I let her know I would have to talk to you about it first before I decide on anything. So us being here will be a trial run to see if were comfortable
Before we made a final decision
Stef explained, I have to admit
It's quiet here and I can see us bringing the baby. How much is asking for this place Lena questioned
Four thousand dollars that's including the taxes and everything, we can invite her over to start the paperwork
I know your worried we probably won't have enough money. I called our accountant and she said there's enough to last us a lifetime, we're always careful when it comes to the finances. Where set for the rest of our lives, we could retire if we wanted to
Stef's trying to get Lena on board
Lena takes in everything her wife is saying to her, okay let's buy this cabin
Lena said. Alright l'll called Rebecca in the morning, now you and the baby have to eat l don't need you missing out on meals. It's not healthy Stef said
Are you going to be like this the whole time l'm pregnant Lena asks Stef
Yes Stef responded. Lena's not use to Stef's protective side, but she's warming up to the idea of being pampered.
