Francesca was in and out foster homes, nobody wanted to take in a biracial child. Francesca spend most of her life in children's homes, she was very smart for her age. She begin reading at three years old, Francesca was recently placed in Seattle children's home. The little girl stopped speaking instantly, her social worker Beth didn't have anybody who would take her in. Beth found a place that offer long term care for children without parents, the social worker make a call and their was a bed available. When Beth discovered the home was all the way in Seattle, her boss. Approved for her to take Francesca to her new home, telling Francesca was no easy task. The girl was extremely perceptive for her age
She didn't cry when Beth broke the News, when they arrive at the Seattle children's home in Seattle they met the assistant director Paige Lockhart
