Lena's: POV
After my appointment at Dr. Whitmore 's office Stef took me out to lunch at Capricorn where I have a turkey club with lettuce and tomatoes toasted on wheat bread. Stef went with a tuna salad, I'm still trying wrap my mind by the fact we were having twins. We aren't sure what the gender is, Stef speechless and didn't speak until we left the hospital. When we start baby shopping we'll have to buy two of everything, never in my wildest dreams twins was the last thing I expected. We went through the lVF process they did say is high chance we could have more than one baby, we sat and ate our lunch
in silence until one of the crew members came to our table with a cake that said congratulations on the baby. Neither of us knew they had planned this, l guess our secret is out in the open. Hopefully our families will be just as happy as we are,
I thanked everyone for their kind words. Stef cut the cake and passed the plates around and told her staff to get back to work once they done eating, l was just about finished my sandwich. I needed to get back to work and catch up on some paperwork, Stef is dropping off
We left the restaurant and headed to the car. She unlock the doors so I could get in, babe what time do you think you'll be finished work Stef asks me. Probably around 5:30 this evening Lena replied, Stef pulled out the parking space and drives off
So we agreed to spend time with Francesca this weekend Lena asked
I was thinking we can take out some where. Stef States l'll let Shannon know, Lena said as we pulled up to the children's home l leaned over the console and her kiss goodbye.
Before getting out of the car, l will be back here to pick you up at exactly 5:30 Sharp honey Stef tells Lena
As she exits the vehicle and shuts the door. I love you she Stated and I replied telling her the same thing,
Stef watches Lena enters the house
Then she Stef drives away, hi Sasha were there any calls while I was out
