The next few days of school blended together. (Y/n) developed a strange routine with the boys, consisting of homeroom with Tobias constantly flirting with her, a break, then physics with Leo doing the same (but with notes), lunch hiding from the boys, English with Ray (which was hell on Earth, both the teacher and the boy), then music theory with Mason (which was actually kind of peaceful).
Mason and Brayden didn't bother her much. In fact, she hardly ever talked with Brayden, especially since she avoided them at lunch.
I do feel kinda bad about that, though... He does seem nice.
But today would bring new surprises for her, though the clear, morning sky indicated nothing out of the ordinary.
The day went as planned, until (Y/n) boarded the school bus. Right as she stepped into the yellow vehicle, someone called her name. She looked up to see that all the boys, minus Ray, had taken over two rows of seats. They were getting a lot of stares from the surrounding people, mostly the females, who looked as though Christmas had come early.
Leo, presumably the one who had called her, was waving frantically for her to sit with them.
(Y/n) inwardly groaned at the unexpected appearance of these pests, but, surprisingly, she felt less annoyed by their presence and more glad.
What're they doing to me???
(Y/n) approached them with caution. Mason and Brayden were sitting in their first row, Mason by the window, earbuds in, as always, and Brayden in the aisle seat, his nose buried in a textbook. The other two were in the row behind them. Leo was by the window, bouncing up and down in his seat, and Tobias was in the aisle, leaning back in his seat, legs spread slightly, hoping to attract the attention of the (e/c) girl.
"Sit, sit, Tobias, get out of your seat so she can sit in the middle!"
"I think I'll sit with Brayden and Mason, sorry", (Y/n) deflected. Brayden's head shot out of his book and Mason took one earbud out at the mention of their names. They looked excited at the prospect of having her sit next to them. Brayden stood to allow her room.
"Awww, (N/n), why are you so cruel to me", Leo pouted, melting back into his seat.
Tobias leaned forward, resting his arms on the back of (Y/n)'s seat and, putting his head next to her ear, he said in his most seductive manner, "Hey~"
"Hello", (Y/n) replied nonchalantly.
The redhead tried to think of something to say. "So, how're you doing today, (Y/n)?" He let her name slide off his tongue like honey. There was something sickeningly sweet about it.
"Good thanks."
"Aw, c'mon, at least try to have a conversation with me, (Y/n)", he whined. "I'm breaking my back having to carry this chat."
She sighed, giving in. "Alright, fine. How are you doing today?"
"Better now that you're here", he replied, looking at her in adoration.
She grumbled at his response and decided to give the conversation one last try. "That's cool. I hope you have a good day at school."
"I hope so, too, but you know what I know would make it better? If you and I were to go to the bathroom and start-" (Y/n) clapped a hand over his mouth, mortified.
"Mmmph", he said, and somehow smirked at her with his eyes.
"PERVERT", Leo whacked him on the head. (Y/n) released her hold on Tobias. The blonde and redhead began arguing heatedly. Brayden glanced at them without much interest.
