Heading back around, you flow back over to the other balcony and find yourself in a darkened room. Seems fitting for the way forward... The tendrils of your ink-soaked hair swayed a little, a slight breeze coming to you. You hadn't noticed that it was so hot in here to the point that you were sweating in the bask of barely any light. So the sudden light breeze relaxed you a little. Wait, Why is there a breeze? Is there an exit nearby? You got excited, looking around for anything that could be a way out.
A sign was brightly lit, piquing your interest. "Elevator Up" with an arrow pointing forward. I'm going up. Heading down the stairs, you find a place that give you a strange sense of nostalgia. Why does this place feel familiar?
I will find you...
Oh, would you go away? You roll your eyes and continue forward, grasping your weapon in your hand.
I never asked for us to share a consciousness, Y/N. The Dark Puddles work in peculiar ways...
I didn't either. So can we just not talk with each other? You're driving me mad.
That is what I was aiming for, sad soul... Your fate has already been sealed, it was as soon as you met Wilson.
Don't remind me of that wretch.
I loathe him as well, his existence is meaningless in my plan...
One thing we can agree on.
He didn't reply and let you in the quiet, alone. Thank god. Your relationship with this demon was rather unrequited, he was taking to you and trying to get in your head, but you wouldn't have any of it. Thinking of the monster however, reminded you of a lot of of a friendly demonic figure. Where is Bendy...
You really missed him, and honestly didn't even care about getting answers for why he ran away. You just wanted to see him again. A re-charge station for your Gent Pipe was beside you, so you decided to charge it for the door up ahead. Learning from what Bendy had taught you, you reach in your pocket for a battery and pop it inside the deposit box, a whirring sound filling the air. You place down the pipe into its slot and twist the crank around, watching the progress bar slowly go up.
Eventually the progress bar fills up, and you take the Gent Pipe out. Looking toward the barricaded door, you flip the pipe around in your hand. You place the pipe into the door's barricade and pull the lever, allowing you access to continue.
"The Machine must Endure" was, once again, scrawled onto the wall. Is this meant to be a sign or something? Rounding the corner, you found yourself in a big expanse, comfy waiting-room seats with a huge Bendy cut out watching behind. It seemed rather comforting and relaxing. 'This is Wilson.' his voice rang through the place, really dulling the mood. 'Anyone caught in restricted areas will be taken immediately to the Pit.' The Pit?
The way he words it makes it sound rather ominous... not exactly whimsical. '...So be a good egg, follow the rules... and get my favour done.' He cut off, and you remembered that your head was on the line here. I forgot he was getting everyone to bring me to him...
You head up the stairs toward where the elevator lies, leaving the serenity of the waiting room. A familiar growl and echo was in the room, making you freeze in fear. The Ink Demon was nearby. Hearing him unaware of you, made you feel a sense of power... something you wanted to hold onto. You crept quietly and listened for where the growling and strange gurgling noises were coming from.
You clenched your hands tightly around the Gent Pipe, waiting to strike if he ever made himself known. You hit open the locked door with your pipe in front of you and continue forward, hearing the sound of ripping flesh and the cracking of bones. Hearing it made you shiver, but you continued forward, trying hard not to bail out. A rarity it was to see plants in this place, and yet you found home plants in pots, sitting around some more waiting seats.
You brush your fingers along them, reminding you of the few trees you used to see in the city. A thunderous growl sounded out and it depleted slightly, going higher in pitch and fanned out, until it was completely quiet. Did he leave? You rushed to where you heard the noise, crawling under the fence, in between carts and going down the stairs. Listening for any sign of the Ink Demon, you were only to find Bendy sitting in a puddle of ink, clutching the dead and broken body of a deceased Lost One sadly. 'Bendy?!' you cried and ran over to him.
He was inside of the elevator, and appeared shocked at hearing your voice, only to get a worried expression and looking around for an escape from you. Seeing this, you slowed down. 'Bendy?' He gave up looking for a way out and gave you an ashamed look. 'Hey...' you finally reach him and rest your hand on his shoulder. 'Look, I'm not mad or anything... I don't even need answers to why you ran away. I'm just glad you're safe and not in the clutches of that beast.' Hearing you say beast, he looked down, upset.
You didn't notice this and you turned to look at the dead Lost One he had been clutching before. 'I think the Ink Demon killed him bud, I don't think we can save him. But that's okay, I can free him. He'll be better off.' Bendy didn't seem convinced. You rest your hand on the ripped-off head of the Lost One, trying to send him to a better place. Trying, that is. It didn't work. Some sort of disturbing and terrible aura was filled inside of this lost one, a hallow emptiness... no soul. 'Did... did the Ink Demon... eat the soul?' Bendy closed his eyes, fumbling his gloves nervously as he shook. You give him a sympathetic look. 'You saw him do it, didn't you? That must have been terrifying, I'm sorry.' You reach for a hug by spreading your arms wide, inviting him in. He didn't move.
He looked as if he wanted to explain something to you, but was conflicted. He shook his head, looking at the ground. I don't deserve your pity. You furrow your brow, confused on why he was so upset. 'You can talk to me.' You say this seriously, telling him that you weren't trying to silver-line his troubles. He looked up at you with tears springing in his eyes. His soul must be so confused and angry to have bottled all of this up, only for them to come out. He rushed into your arms, seeming to be angry at himself, and not you. 'Whatever internal struggle you're having, I'm here. And I will never let you face it alone. Until the end, Bendy, until the end.' He squeezed you tightly, letting his emotions rush out along with his inky tears. You stood strong and stayed as a comfort for him, as he was to you.
As much as you wanted to say that everything was fine, you knew that wouldn't help. So instead, you sat in silence as you waited for Bendy to cry out his tears.
