I waited for my three mates to wake up, then filled them in on what was going to happen. When they all agreed, I grabbed Morgana, Hermione and Crystal's arms, and suddenly we were in an older bathroom.
"Perfect. Here, change into these," I said, handing my three friends a pair of jeans and a shirt each.
"Are you changing, too?" Crystal asked.
I smiled. "Oh yeah. I want to let these people see it's me, and if it's not jeans and a t-shirt, they won't."
A few minutes later, we four girls stood at the edge of our stalls.
A sudden movement made us step back into them, but an old woman came in, and gasped.
"Ceraphine! Do you know how frightened we were when you went missing?"
"Not very, I'm guessing, Mrs.Mallory. And it's Sarah. It was never Ceraphine."
Mrs.Mallory went into a long spiel about what the others had done the morning after she had left.
I sighed. "I'm sorry, Mrs.Mallory. May I see the others?"
She sighed. "I suppose. Who are these girls?"
"My friends. Hermione, Crystal, Morgana, meet my old patron, Mrs.Mallory. Mrs.Mallory, meet Hermione, Crystal, and Morgana."
After a series of 'hello's, she led us to a room full of people, all under sixteen years old.
"Look who's decided to come back!" Mrs.Mallory cried as we walked through the door.
I rolled my eyes. "I haven't come back for good, so don't get their hopes up," I said, then stepped from behind her. "I've just come to see what you've done to the place in my absence."
Several jaws hit the floor, causing me to laugh.
"I haven't changed that much! Sheesh."
"Sarah? Is it really you?" A boy called Josh asked.
"Yup. The new and improved me!"
"You look different..." One girl said. I looked at her and had to gasp.
A girl named Annalise had spoken. She had been nothing but a baby when I left, only three years old. Now, though, she was an eleven year old girl, and a beautiful one at that with her ebony hair and eyes.
"Annalise! You're just the girl I was looking for!" I turned to Hermione, who handed me a thick envelope which I then handed to Annalise.
"Don't open it here, okay?"
She nodded, and I turned to Mrs.Mallory.
"I'll be taking her with me when we leave."
"What? But you're only-"
"Fourteen, and a heck of a lot better caregiver than you are," I snapped.
Everyone gasped.
"What?" I asked, slightly irritated.
"It's just...when you left...you barely talked. But now..." A boy I didn't remember trailed off.
A girl named Stephanie snorted. "What's so special about her? So she got her some friends, but that's it, really. She's still a freak.'
"You're just jealous I found my actual family."
Once more gasps filled the room.
"You did?" Asked a boy named James.
"Yes. My brother, my godfather, my other godfather, and even someone who wants me dead."
"Wow!" Cried Annalise. "Really?"
"No, not really Anna. She full of it." Stephanie huffed.
"No she isn't!" Crystal, Hermione, and Morgana all shouted at once.
"And you, Anna, will be part of our family," I said, then smiled as her eyes grew wide.
"Really? Oh really?"
When I nodded, she tore out of the room.
"I'll need the papers. When my godfather's got them filled out, the nine of us will come deliver them, and I can show off my family!" I said cheerfully, causing many to laugh-in fact, all but Stephanie, who snorted.
When Annalise came back into the room with a backpack across her back, Mrs.Mallory left for the papers.
When she got back, I took them, and the five of us headed towards the bathroom.
Hermione, Crystal, and Morgan all changed back. I, however, just put my robes on over my outfit.
We went outside, and the four of us older girls warned Annalise of what she would feel.
Then, with a twist and a feeling if suffocation, we were standing in front of a quaint little house in Godric's Hollow.
