Chapter 44

Yvaine's POV

Jill and Viel are alreay in Thailand for their honeymoon. We were supposed to go with them but unfortunately, I had things to do with the construction. They're going to stay there for a week. Kale and I are also busy searching for a good event organizer, caterers, venue and a lot more. It's good to get married but the preparation gives a lot of headache to the couple. Now, I understand the stress that Jill had to go through two weeks before their wedding. Hindi pala talaga biro ito.

"Love, do you think it's better to use this fabric or this nalang?" tanong ko kay Kale habang pinapakita isa isa yung mga telang hawak ko.

The wedding designer sent me her booklet, I also have a schedule for my first fitting the next after tomorrow. I alreay told Kale that I wanted a body hugging dress. As much as possible ayoko nang may petticoat.

"Don't use something na harsh sa skin mo baby, mangangati ka" she said.

Tumingin tingin pa ako sa malaking libro na hawak. The designer I hired was known for her unique customisable pieces. I was immediately drawn with her stuff.

"I want my veil long baby, can I?" nagpangalumbaba ako sa harapan ni Kale.

Inabot niya ang aking pisngi at marahan yung pinisil. I smiled at her she did the same thing. Siguro kung makikita lang kami ng mga kaibigan namin ay aakto na naamn silang masusuka.

"Of course love anything you want," she gently said.

"You're so pretty and pogi at the same time, how do you do that?"

I'm not even bluffing, Kale is really that attractive. She can pull both genders if she wants to. Pero buti nalang ako lang nahila niya, ayoko ng may kahati. Kahit sino pa yan.

"Nambobola ka na naman baby," she chuckled but I saw how her cheeks turned red.

"I'm not! It makes me think tuloy na people view you the way I see you! Hindi puwede" I pouted. She leaned forward and gave me a peck on the lips.

"Hindi naman siguro baby... stop overthinking na nga. I'm going to marry you soon, keep that in mind"

I bit my lower lip and rolled my eyes on her. Tumawa tawa siya habang pinapanood akong maglipat sa booklet na hawak ko.

It took me an hour to finish the whole booklet and guess what I ended up not choosing anything. I'm very particular in details and can be really perfectionist. I don't want to rush the preparation of my gown. Ang gusto ko kasi ay kahit isang beses ko lang magagamit, I have to make the most out of it.

"Hindi ka pa gutom baby?"

Yinakap ako ni Kale sa likuran ko habang naghahanap ako ng pagkain sa menu ng bar. We're inside my office and I'm about to call the kitchen when she approached me. Hindi na siguro ako mahintay sa tagal ko dito.

"I am... pineapple juice nalang love no?" tanong ko.

I tilted my head to give her more access to my neck. I caressed her arms when she started giving me soft kisses.

"That's right baby," she said in between her kisses.

Pagkatapos kong maitawag sa kitchen ay umupo muna kaming dalawa sa couch. I sat on her lap while she hug me from behind. This is probably one of my most favorite position.

"Excited ka baby?" tanong niya.

"About the wedding?" I paused when she nodded. "Of course I am! I'm beyond excited, this is what we have been waiting for baby"

"I'm glad you are,"

"What makes you think na hindi ako excited?" takang tanong ko. Nagugulat dahil bigla bigla siyang nagsasabi ng ganito.
